My three daughters have been with Dr. Shaw for approximately 8 years. Dr. Shaw has always answered any questions they have had with great respect and bountiful knowledge. Whether they've asked at 3 or 13, they've never felt as though a question was 'stupid'. The office visits are never rushed and the entire staff is friendly. Phone calls are returned promptly and privacy is always respected. The office is always clean and run with efficiency. Thankfully, a sick visit is always accommodated. Both the doctors and the office staff work so well together with patients, that it seems as though you are visiting family when you step into their office. A genuinely nice feeling...We haven't felt that way anywhere else!

My 2 sisters and myself have been going to TouchPoints since our children were born. I have been very please with my experiences with the MDs from the medical emergencies to the routine check-ups. They are very responsive to a first-time parents needs. In addition, the office staff are very friendly and always greet us with a smile.

Dr. Shaw and Dr. Silverman have been caring for my son since he was born. Both MDs are very attentive and responsive to any concerns that we have raised. They spend more time with their patients than any other MD practice I have visited.

Since moving in the area this has been the Best Pediatrics we have found. We have been Very Happy with this Office and their Doctors. They are great with our kids!
