AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I took my extremely ill 7 year old son here on a Sunday (pediatrician doesn't work on Sundays), and was told that his popped blood vessels from coughing so much were just a rash, his chest and lungs sound fine, throat looks good, and he just has a fever and sore throat, and he should be fine to go back to school in another day. My wife and I were puzzled, but felt we should listen to the MEDICAL DOCTOR that has been practicing as long as we're alive. Surely, he must know something right? The next day, my son showed no progress and appeared slightly worse, so my wife took him to his pediatrician. Good thing. She was advised that had we sent him to school the next day as instructed by EMO, we most likely would have ended up in the hospital. Why? Because he had a fever, throat, sinus, and lung infections!!!!! HOW DOES A DOCTOR MISS THAT???? We were also advised that the medicine that EMO prescribed was making his lung issue WORSE!!! I called EMO and asked for the medical director to call me back. 2 days later, he did. I calmly told him everything that had happened, and told him I wanted my $20 copay back, and do not bill my insurance company, because this is simply not acceptable, and EMO does not deserve to get paid for this. I stated I didn't want to pursue a lawsuit; I just wanted a refund, and that's MORE than fair. The medical director wasted 40 minutes of my time rambling on about how our pediatrician "must walk on water", and he "wants to talk to her to find out what sort of magic she uses", and "kids get worse over time". He absolutely refused to admit ANY incompetence or wrongdoing on the part of his staff. He also told me that I "have no lawsuit" (after I specifically stated that I have no intentions of taking legal action), and he "will bill my insurance, and might look into my copay refund". This was the end of it. I will never go back here, and I SINCERELY hope this review stops YOU from going here too. Also, my wife had gone here for a foot injury (again on a Sunday) a couple of weeks prior, and was told it was not broken. That was about 2 months ago. She is still in pain, and it still doesn't look right. She will be seeking a second (useful) opinion this week. If I recall correctly, this diagnosis was from the medical director himself, but I'm not certain. What I am certain of is him spending several minutes trying repeatedly to convince us to take his $20 a pill Advil, that we told him OVER AND OVER AGAIN we had at home! He told us that he'd "make the insurance company pay for it, don't worry". Really man?? BOTTOM LINE: Find another facility to go to, even if it means driving much further away, or spending money in the ER. You're wasting your time and money here. The nurse was excellent though. You've been warned.

Back when we were dating, my husband needed stitches on his face. Rather than go and wait for hours in the emergency room of a local hospital, we decided to go to EMO. The wait wasn?t long at all, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on the stitches so that ultimately, he did not scar. Very impressed with the care at this place.
