Weinstein Howard M Attorney At Law

My husband did not know that I got arrested at the Short Hills Mall. I called the law firm that did our house closing, Park, Weinstein & Caporrino in Millburn, and spoke to the criminal lawyer, Howard Weinstein. I was so scared I was crying in his office. He calmly explained that I was not going to go to jail, but I had to worry about having a record. He was able to get the DA to lower the charge so that it was non criminal. In 18 more months, I can have the whole mess expunged from my record. The lawyer was so nice and patient with me. I cant give him a higher recommendation.

I didnt think I needed a laywer, but my mom knew about Mr. Weinstein and made an appointment for me. He knows the players and the game, and he did me a great job on my case. I could have lost my drivers license for 2 yrs, but he helped me keep my license by working out a deal with the Judge. I would use him again in a second if a legal problem should ever come up again.

Pros: I was very happy with what he did for me.

Cons: Not cheap, but worth every penny.

I highly recommend Attorney Howard Weinstein. He represented me in court for shoplifting charge. I think he really cared what happened to me and he helped me soooo much. I think he is the best lawyer in NJ! Thanks.
