Best Buy

we bought the BB warranty because we were told (multiple times) that if ANYTHING happened to the product, we could return the product for any reason. Well not if you drop it, or the screen cracks or for any other "physical damage". When we spoke to the manager, he said, yes "you can return it for ANY reason". But not if the unit is broken. The warranty is useless, google extended warranty and best buy and you will see many results of dissatisfied customers.

This Best Buy in New Jersey has a very wide selection of items and great customer service and respect. I was there just a week ago and I tried to look for a flash card for my cannon camera which no other store seemed to have. I asked a crew member which helped me a lot to to find the card in another Best Buy store. He shipped the card [for free] to the store. 3 days later I came back and bought it for SALE price of 60% off! I was very happy with the service there. Recommended!

This store is located in the parking lot of the Garden State Plaza. Although the salespeople were helpful, we have usually found a better deal elsewhere.

No complaints here. Best buy is awesome. They offer competitive pricing, interest free financing, and the latest that the computer industry has to offer.

PROS: Latest releases of software and peripheals
CONS: sometimes the stock and price can be a bit less than desireable

Great merchandise. The only problem is that there is plenty of sales staff but is difficult to get someone to help you in the appliance program. Rebate program isn't the best. They always find something wrong with you submission.
