Hi out there!! Valerie is one of the agents and she is simply fantastic, she offers her advise and I have not yet been disappointed. I told her how much I wanted to spend and she offered many options. The group here is great at matching prices (if you see a better deal online ...through travelosity or expedia). I didnt mind working with these people. My travel agent was very nice and patient even though I had trouble making up my mind about what I wanted to do. She was always there to talk my calls and questions and I ended up having a great vacation. I enjoyed my time here at Liberty Travel a lot.

I don't mind pushy all the time; I know that they work on commission. HOwever, when they want you to leave a deposit to hold your spot while you think about it, be careful! I left a deposit for a trip that she couldn't yet book (it's during the Christmas season and the charter flights weren't out yet) but she said if I left a deposit I would be guaranteed a spot on the flight, which fills up fast. I did and then something came up and she said that I coudln't have my money back and that she could just sort of hold a credit for me for next time I wanted to travel. What if I didn't want to book through them? I was disappointed in how rude she suddenly turned toward me!
