This place is dark, the food was awful and the staff not so friendly. The menu does not have much variety and so far everythin I have tried there is disgusting.

Father's Day dinner was most unpleasant! The restaurant allows smoking on the patio, but beware--they will treat you like dirt if you want to sit there. The 6 jumbo shrimp appetizer came with only 5 "because they are bigger shrimp that they used to be." Our server did not bring an ashtray until we requested it 8 times & finally got our own. She forgot 2 side orders even after being reminded repeatedly. No desert or coffee was offered. The food was adequate. We will not be returning & will be warning our friends off, as well.

the food here is not that great. i would say that outback steak house is a lot better. Quarters does not have as wide of a selection of steaks and other items to choose from. it is still not that bad though. the only thing that i would actually say is good about it is the service.
