I had a very simple question and live at least 35 min away from this store (this location being the closest) and would hate to drive all the way into town just to be told they don't offer the service I had questions about. I tried to call and was told by a recording "there is no one available to answer your call." I understand that they may be busy at the store but geeze. I was then redirected to the main sprint customer service and was told that they have no way to transfer to stores and further more could not tell me if this particular store took cash payments for bills because some stores do not accept cash. VERY frustrating especially since I am trying to give them MY money. I guess they don't like to get paid?

The Sprint Technical Service Department tried to call this store, and was finally booted off the line after requesting to talk to someone in the store THREE TIMES!!!! The same thing happened when I tried to call the store. I was booted off the line after requesting to speak with someone THREE TIMES!!! I'm afraid to go into the store, after reading the prior review!
I would suggest going elsewhere.

This store is poorly staffed. Everytime I go in no matter what time of day, this place is swamped! They have excellent customer service in the store (on the phone is another question!) but waiting around to be helped is very frustrating!
