We had wanted a good used truck with 4x4, a nice 5 seat er, and not too much mileages. When I saw the Ford Escape I wanted it and asked how much, they didn't show me the truck I wanted but decided to show me another car instead. After driving the car I turned and said well I dont think it is worth what your asking and we left.

This dealership will play every trrick in the book with their salsepeople to make a sale. We were looking for a good used pickup. What they showed us was a 1996 Dodge with 230,000 miles priced at $18,000.00. Kelly blue book was $1,500.00. I would never buy a vehicle with that kind of milage as it has seen the better part of its life. They practice the bait and switch styles and every vehicle we saw was a least $4,000.00 over book price (used). After 20 mins with the salesperson I turned and looked at him and said, "I value honesty and integrity above all, I do not appreciate your techniques, lies or pressure. We are leaving, good day." They lost any possiblity of a sale.

PROS: None
CONS: Read Confessions of a car salesman on edmunds.com
