Adecco is one of the poorest run companies. The staff dresses inappropriately, and lack telephone etiquette. Valerie, dresses as if she is going out dancing, instead of managing an office and staff. How this company keeps the City of Albuquerque contract is beyond me.
This company doesn't even deserve a one star rating. Adecco Corporate Office should come and clean house.

I was in the Adecco office filling out paperwork a couple weeks ago and I one lady was speaking (yelling) to another lady and I was amazed at how she treated her. She kept telling her "I know I gave you it to you and you should have it". It wasn't what she said, it was HOW she said it and in front of myself and a couple others. I thought the one lady was going to cry or something (she was new), but she kept going. So along the same lines as the first person, at least one of the people at this location is extreemly UNprofessional and I really feel for the other lady. I worked for them one night and I don't ever want to be treated like that, so I don't think I will work for them again.

I worked with an Adecco branch in Chicago for a couple years, and had the best experience with the staffing coordinator. Always professional, always courteous, great employee rapport, etc.

I walked into this Albuquerque branch and WOW. Despite having an appointment made the week prior, the door was locked at my appointment time. Nobody came to the door until I phoned them. It turns out two people were sitting near the door the whole time. They then SCOLDED me for not knocking. Wha?

Then I was asked about having two forms of ID. Turns out the woman I made my appointment with neglected to mention this. I was already in the system from Chicago, so I didn't think to bring it on my own. They insisted that they told me, and again: SCOLDED for not bringing it. Really??

I could go on about being talked about in the third person right in front of my face, or the complete lack of concern they showed when I said "never mind" and walked out the door, but you get my point.

I would say they treated me like a little kid, but I wouldn't wish that treatment on any child. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but for the ones posing as employment professionals, they sure have a lot to learn about professionalism.

Focusing on placing technology skilled employees, Adecco Employment Services is staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Extremely helpful, they can direct you to a less tech heavy placement agency. It is located next to Coronado Center, off of Cutler. Call first to make sure that they are the right firm for you.
