I've lived in the apartment for six months. In the time that I had been there, the sewer had backed up three times. Since I was on the bottom floor, when someone on the upper two floors flushed, it all came up in my bath tub. \r\n\r\nWhen it rained, the front patio flooded, forcing me to walk through 6 to 8 inches of water to left my apartment. \r\n\r\nI am a very clean person, yet mold is growing on the walls. \r\n\r\nI asked for a missing window screen to be replaced when I moved in, yet after six months the screen was still not been replaced. \r\n\r\nThe tenants on both sides and above me were loud. Cars get broken into it seems every night. Police are always there. \r\n\r\nI would not recommend. Although the rent is one of the cheapest in Albuquerque.

Pros: Onsite laundry

Cons: Expensive onsite laundry

I originally took a six month lease in February of 2006 for an apartment at Lincoln Heights, and it was the first time that I rented an apartment. Over all I have been very dissatisfied with the experience for the following reasons. \r\n\r\n1. Very unfriendly and unprofession management - I was originally shown an apartment, and then they took me to a ""refurbished"" apartment after some one leased the apartment that they originally showed me, and the problems with the apartment have been one after another. The first was a problem with the tub, and it took them a month to get it fixed after repeatedly talking to the office personell (who failed to let maintenance know about the problem.) Three problem with the air conditioning system. Currently still having problems with the air conditioning, and when I went to the office to complain about it the property manager stated that it would be one to three weeks before it was fixed because they had to replace the motor, but when I repeated it back (a little angrily, cause its 100 degrees outside) she said that that was not what she said. I have found that this apartment complex is very unprofessional, and in my opinion operates on unethically with just an effort to make a profit from their property. They obviously failed to adequately screen their job candidates for customer service skills when they hired them (There is no company that I can think of that condones yelling back at an upset or angry customer/client). Their lease is written to screw over their clients, and they fail to adequately communicate between the different branches of their apartment staff. Their onsite security is unimpressive, but that doesn't really matter as the apartments are located in a relatively nice area of Albuquerque. I'm not going to re-lease from this apartment, nor will I lease an apartment at any properties that they own or manage.

Pros: Okay location. Uncrowded parking lot.

Cons: Lousy Management, consistently failed to open the pool when they said they were going to. Inadequate vending service. Lease Contracts written to screw over their clients.
