Robertson & Sons Violin Shop is Great
by Art W.
I first meet Don and his people when my Grand Daughter was about 6 years old. We had gone to CSI in Snowmass, Colorado. We looked over their stock of Violins and really liked what we saw. They were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My Grand Daughter was totally amazed with Don while he re-haired bows, and could not stay away from him. We went back to Denver after camp and decided to take a road trip to Albuquerque, to look at Violins. David Brewer fixed us up with a very nice set for her to continue with. With their trade-up plan, which is very hard to pass up, we were able to up-grade to a very nice instrument a few years back. The repair shop is also top notch. I had a violin that was my Mother's repaired and also had to have my Grand Daughters bow repaired, after it got broken.I have also rented violas from them at their great rates,My Grand Daughter is now almost 15 and I am planning to up grade again before she finishes High School. You can not go wrong with using Robertson & Sons, they are great.

I first visited this shop 15 years ago, and I have yet to find its equal. The space is filled floor to ceiling with violins, violas, cellos, basses, bows, stands, sheet music, everything you need to play in an orchestra. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and passionate about music. Private lessons are also available.
