That's real nice of you to spread gossip, lady. I'm sorry you may have had an unpleasant experience there, but I've been going to that little convenience store for almost 15 yrs and I've never had a bad experience. It's not a glamorous shop by any means but they serve the purpose. Soda, cigarettes, snacks, milk (and they have fun, cheap, silly little toys). It's gritty, kinda has a Brooklyn feel to it. I'm a loyal patron.

Don't shop there!!! The employees there are very rude. When my lady friend asked why they don't sell diapers, the person working there at the time told us to F OFF!!! He said it as we were walking out the door, but we clearly heard what he said. It was a big guy; never got his name. One of my good friends is a lawyer; he told me that the owner was found with cocaine in his posses ion! Not only that the owner has multiple DWIs and was found with his pants down below his ankles during his last DWI. He refused the blood alcohol test and was arrested for aggravated DWI. The whole incident was on the news and everything!! I told my kids to STAY AWAY from that store if they are ever downtown. You're better off shopping at the 7-11 on Copper Ave and 4th street.
