My family and I love Covenant. I cannot convey the trust and admiration I have for Carol, the director, who makes each family feel special. She manages the school according to a preplanned schedule and I believe my children have thrived

The curriculum used at this school is not appropriate for early childhood education. Check NAEYC website and nmaeyc website for recommended schools that have a national accredition. NAEYC also gives information on developmentally appropriate practices. I do not believe Covenant is child centered or appropriate. Do the research. ABEKAs book are expensive. Parents can find the same kind of activity books at costco for 1/10 of the price. We (parents) do not pay teachers to tear pages out of a work book and fight with a 2 year old to sit and color a coloring page everyday. How about exploration. How about taking the children's interest and integrating other concepts (ie math, literacy) into them. How about being flexible with the day. I did not see this at this school. High turnover and teachers complain about pay and job.

Pros: Looks to be a very clean place

Cons: Teachers have trouble controling kids because the curriculum in not age appropriate
