The staff was rude and called me poor. Said she, she hoped my check would not bounce and told me to go back to the county, all because I questioned the bill which was diffrent than what they had quoted me.

Take your bnuisness some where else. I can not beleive the awful experience and will never step foot in Superdog again.

Pros: none at all !

Cons: Staff Verbally Abusive...among other things

We only went there because nothing else had anything available, which says to me at my first instinct that this may not be the best place to be.
The reasons are listed as followed:
1) A very rude and dishonest owner:
When I noticed something wrong with my dog I called back to find out what exactly was going on. I wanted to know if they performed an a*** gland cleansing on my dog because my dog had runny feces after having gone to the groomers and some drops of b**** after my dog has done its number 2 several days later. We freaked out because our dog never had those problems before. When I called back, I initially talked to the receptionist and asked her about the a*** gland cleansing. She then put me on hold and then I was being hung up. I called back a second time and this time I was being connected to the owner. I told her about the situation, but she would not answer my question in regards to the a*** gland cleansing. However, my husband did ask for an a*** gland cleansing, which the owner flat out denied the fact that my husband did specifically ask for it. At this point, the owner got impatient and hung up on me. Hence, I called back a third time after being hung up because my purpose was to understand the situation better so we can rule out some possibilities associated with my dog's bleeding so I could explain it to the vet. So when I talked to the owner the third time, I told her that it is not my purpose to blame her for anything, just some vital information I needed to know so I can explain it to the vet. The owner, still unwilling to answer my questions, accussed me of harrassing her and asked me not to call her ever again and hung up on me for the third time. This experience shows me that the owner has some issues of being sued and something fishy is going on with her business.
2) They did not clean my dog's ears:
Our vet told us that a good groomer would have cleaned my dog's ears, which this grommer certainly did not do.

This shop does first class grooming. They are punctual and professional. The shop is clean. There is plenty of parking . They are very concientious about meeting the customers's expectations. I highly recommend this dog grooming shop.
