If I could rate them at a zero I would. For about a year they have been taking more management fees then they were supposed to, after I would review my statements they would argue that I am not paying my management fees even though it is taken from the rents. In addition horrible rude people David Duaer cheat and a liar virginia and lets not forget Denise who does not know how to do her job correctly. There used to be some really good people who worked here ever since they left things have gone down the drain. things don't get followed up on tenants can pay as they please and century 21 does not follow up but yet they still take full management fees. Beware of this company!

Our landlord switched from another company to Century 21 last summer. About a month ago, after receiving a 3 day notice to pay for just under a full months rent, saying we owed rent for February. I went into their office with reciepts in hand to find out why I had received this notice when we were current. The girl at the counter was very rude to me and could not explain or show me where they were getting this figure. She then said the amount was wrong and that we owed them $175 from July of last year. When I asked her to show me, she said she would have to get with the previous company to find out. I asked her if she could figure it out to please call me and if I actually owed anything I would pay it immediately, but I wanted proof. I had left several messages for the person listed on our contract as the contact person to call me. Two days later I received another 3 day notice for $175. When I called the office she said she still did not know where this figure was coming from but she would call me if they could figure it out. A week later we received a 30 notice to quit. When I called again asking why she never called me back and why we were receiving another notice, I was told that the landlord wanted the property back and that we have to move and it had nothing to do with money owed or not owed.
I still have not been shown that I owe any money at all. I am so glad that I questioned them instead of just paying money I don't owe. I feel like they have no idea what they are doing, they are deceptive, unprofessional, and outright rude. I sure hope the landlords who use them find out how they treat their tennants. I sure hope I never have to use them in the future! Please beware of this company!

I had a house I was having Century 21 home planning in roswell manage for me. They would never return phone calls or check in on the property. I used the contractors they recomended to replace the roof, ductwork, and a door on the property. Two months after the work was suppose to have been done I found out much of the work was never done or completed. When I questioned them about it I was told the trim was on back order and the unfinished roofing would get done. I cancelled my property management contract with them and filed complaints with the BBB and NM realestate commission. I cannot discourge people enough about using this company.. You have been warned....

The property management firm not only is unaware of the law and their legal responsibility, they misrepresent the law to their tenants and most likely to their property owners. They attempt to use cohersion and intimidation when asked to make material repairs to the properties they managed.

You cannot expect cooperation, consideration, an answer if there are emergency repairs that need to be made, or even plumbing

Do not use this company for property management. You will only be a burden to them. There is very little customer service and they will treat your tenants as "liars."

Folks...this office writes offers for property...does not follow thru, & attempts to push the unfulfilled contractual agreements thru escrow stating..." this is how we do it in Roswell ".

Most disturbing is Joe Wigley, an associate. He bases his "principles" upon a campaign of some religious ramblings..."have a blessed day"...etc,etc.

The Broker prinicple plays dumb...even after discussing the aspects of the transaction I was involved in. No returned calls, no action whatsoever.

I would trad very carefully if considering this business.
