Chase Hardware & Supply Co

I have gotten the crabby check out girl but I have also got hardware that I couldn't find anywhere else and their tool section in better than home despots. I think it is better to support them than some giant box store. I've been shopping at Chase for twenty years and don't have any reason to stop.

I know how you felt. As far as I know I don't have a disability, but it has taken 4 years for the gal at the entrance checkout to be the least bit friendly in tone.
That's her problem not yours. Most people there are very friendly and helpful.
I find things there in a fraction of the time and more unusual finds as the big box stores and at a good price. Parking right in front is a plus, too. It is a neighborhood treasure. No I am not affiliated with them in any way.

I have been a Chase customer for at least 25 years. Chase is a great place to shop for hardware, and they often have things you won't find anwhere else (like wicks for a gas light). Yes, there are a couple of cashiers there who are unfriendly. They've been there forever and aren't nice, outgoing people. Most of the other folks who work there are really helpful. You won't find lumber, but you will find a lot of other stuff. Prices are surprisingly good, quality is better than most. Try to ignore the two crabs, and you'll love shopping there!

I had a most unpleasant experience when the cashier was rude to me. I can only speculate as to why, maybe she was having a bad day. For some, it is easy to be rude to the physically infirm, but I won't be back.

Chase was for many, many years a place to find unusual hardware items in a helpful atmosphere. I don't know what happened, but some fundamental shift has made for understocked shelves and a slightly rough atmosphere.

The small town flare is felt in this store with friendly warm caring staff and great prices on hjardware needs.
I love shopping for my home hardware needshere, it is a quaint cozy atmosphere and friendly employees. Try browsing at the many sales and markdowns offerings she has for sale. all your friends will be sure to love this place! i highly reccomend everyone grab one of the bargains here.
