Josephs Table

Joseph's Table has a great menu and atmosphere. The waiters are excellent and very knowledgeable about the wine list and the different cuts of steak available. Although a little pricey for Taos, I believe it is worth it. We have a great time and will go back the next time we are in Taos.

Joseph opened his first 'table' on the southside of town several years ago and quickly became one of the best eateries in Taos. The new 'table' is located in the La Fonda hotel on Taos Plaza and retains its original reputation while it has expanded to include a wine bar (great selection and less ricy bar food) The food is very good, very rich and very expensive! A great place for a romantic evening out with a special friend - the decor is gorgeous - and a couple of hours to enjoy Joe's singular food. The staff is friendly, but not too! Very efficient and as goodlooking as the plates they bring to your table. Teresa Kerry ate their while in town and most recently Lance Armstrong and Sheryl Crow have been sighted dining in a corner booth! Make reservations and get the credit ard ready. This ain't a cheap date!
