I walked into the dealership intending to buy a brand new car and the one I liked was a little more expensive than what I had in mind, Mike assured me buying a certified VW will be as good as new and showed me the car I liked and he was very patient and professional about the whole deal, he even came to pick me up from home himself to go pick up my new car, I felt he was very honest and sincere in everything he told me, he took the time to explain everything about the car and even gave me a new set of car mats for free :) Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and nice. it was a pleasant transactions and I would absolutely go there for my next car and deal with Mike again. My daughter will need a car in a couple of years and he will be my go to guy.

I have to say Thomas took this responsibility and from there is was smooth sailing. Professional, polite and to the point were a few of the qualities I found in Thomas. Once reassigned, my car was repaired and returned to me and I am totally satisfied with the repairs and service. I would like to say Kudos to Thomas you make University Motors shine.

Keith reassured me that I could come in and discuss my trade options without any pressure to do anything regardless of my appraisal results. I arrived today and Keith and several other staff members took the time to meet with me and discuss my trade-in options, which led me to make an informed decision about buying a new vehicle. The fact that everyone took the time to meet with me- reduced my concerns and even anxiety about purchasing a car. The people in service are great!! I have a 2009 Tiguan and also a 2005 Conv beetle. They are always willing to help me and explain things in a way I can understand. I don't live in Albuquerque and travel in from out of town they are great about getting my car in to get it worked on and are very considerate of my time and the distance I travel. I have worked with both the day and the night crew and I love them all!! Charles helped me the last time with the work on my beetle and I can't say enough good things about my experience! I bought my first new beetle from this dealership in 2002 and I have bought vehicles since also ,and I will buy my next one from them also. You're like family when you're there. I have grave concerns with the honesty of the service department. Perhaps an investigation needs to be conducted. My 2006 mazda miata was working wonderful for years until I brought it into University Mazda just for a check-up (on the computer at Jiffy Lube, it was suggested that the transmission fluid be changed at a certain mileage). I picked up the car and the service department said that the transmission fluid was good, so there would be no charge.That same day my engine light came on!!!! I took it back (the same day) and all of a sudden something was "faulty" with the engine. I paid about $300 to get it fixed. A week later, the engine light came back on so I took it to the dealership and they weren't sure what was going on but they managed to get the engine light off and they didn't charge me anything. One month later, the engine light came on again and I took it in to be fixed. Now they want me to pay $600 to get it fixed! I had NO problems before I took it in to be checked. I am suspicious that they caused the problem and are reaping the benefits. I will not be taking my car in there again and I have an appointment with a man specializing in Miatas in two days. I will wait to see what he says, but I am seriously thinking about calling the New Mexico Department of Consumer Affairs to see if they will investigate this issue. Again,I had no problems before I took my car into the service department at University Mazda.
