Sorry, I can't recommend this place. Bought three different types of FROZEN homemade sausage (not really what you'd expect from a Mom and Pop store), and all three of them tasted kinda funky, like they were made with the meat they couldn't sell, two days after the expiration date. The lamb sausage was very gamy and not too interesting. The polish and Hawaiian sausages had a "meat on the verge" taste and they were UNBELIEVABLY salty. I felt like I was eating meat from the pioneer days when they brined the hell out of everything to keep from getting sick off of bad meat.

The original reason why I went to this store in the first place was to find a specific cut of beef, but they didn't have it. Apparently this is a butcher that doesn't actually do any real butchering.

Pros: None that I can think of, unless you want "prime" beef, but I can't attest to the quality since I didn't buy any.

Cons: Limited meat selection. Questionable quality of homemade sausage.

What a great store to add to the Las Vegas meat scene. They have the freshest and best meat anywhere here. This is run by a husband and wife team and they love what their doing and it shows. They will cut the meat anyway you want it and they have all kinds of exotic meats including Kobe beef, rabbit, venizon and on and on. They also have various types of sausage and it is all great. I love the small items they sell of a deli nature and I spend an hour or more just looking to see if they've gotten something new. Try them as you won't be disappointed you did.
