Last Tuesday I had the best Mexican food I've ever had. SUPER MEX! Wish I'd have tried them years ago since I've been shopping in that center for a couple of years and never tried it. Don't let the outside building fool you. It's a very quaint little restaurant with a charming dining room. The staff was warm and friendly, but also efficient and attentive. I started off with the made-to-order guacamole, which was a nice addition to the free chips, salsa and bean dip. I agree that they do have the best salsa in town. Was tempted to try the ceviche too but figured I'd leave room for dessert. I had the tequila shrimp for my main, and it was excellent. My friend had the salmon sarandeado and said it was excellent. The portions were so big that we had some left over for dinner, which was great since I'm on a budget. There prices were very reasonable. I saw that they even have a value menu for 3.99 or 4.99, can't remember. Think I'm gonna go back tomorrow for breakfast. I eat out a lot, and this was the best Mexican I've had.
