I'm currently undergoing the immunotherapy treatment for my allergies which is improving my situation. As for Dr. Tottori, the nurses or techs, and the billing system, I've experiencing the epitome of incompetence. I had to tell the Doctor about wanting to get off of daily drugs and get immunotherapy but for the follow ups he gave me 3-5 prescriptions that I told him I didn't want. Hmm does someone here get kickbacks!!! As for the techs or nurses- whatever they are, they have messed up subcutaneous injections on my arms twice. They also do not inform you completely about the procedure, additional charges and the need to continuity. From their lips it's "Come when you can." No!!! You need to go at least every week regardless. I had a 3 week hiatus during the holiday season due to illness, travel, and other problems. I was charged triple the amount that I usually pay by the office and they had to back track on my injections. The billing people claimed that the nurses had to make adjustment and new solution but I asked the nurses to tell me what they had to do and they told me that they just repeated certain injections and didn't have to make up new solutions. RIP OFF!!! The billing system is also messed up. Their billing cycles are behind and they don't know what is going on. You pay your balance in full but in a few months they tell you that you owe money from months BEFORE you paid. On top of that, Tottori's office people don't know what's going on. They don't know your copays. They don't call. And they look like they don't care. It's a complete package!
