Hats off to the sales staff at Ford Country. I was able to buy and drive home in a new vehicle in less than 2 hours. They really have their stuff together. This was probably the easiest and quickest car purchase I've ever experienced.

I thought the price was right. I made an offer and they surprised me with their ability to negotiate. I have bought two vehicles from them and I live out of state.

My 2006 F 350 had been having intermittent codes- ABS, Check engine and I had been noticing some unusual Turbo behaviour. Several instances of noise at 20 psi boost and turbo whine. On a trip from Canada, chech ed the net and saw Ford Country did fleet diesels. Foned- explained problem, immediate appointment and a ride back to Circus Circus RV park. Phone call later tht day to explain problem found and vehicle ready next day. Came to pick us up.Van driver told us to ask for drink cokens and wash. Entire bill covered by Ford Warrenty= New turbo, new ABS sensors, free coffee and the truck washed.ALL NO CHARGE. Could not ask for more professional service or treatment. Service guy was Bill.
Truck runs like new. Thanks Ford Country

PROS: Efficient check in, Very goood van shuttle service Truck Fixed Properly
CONS: None

Two years ago, I posted a five-star review of Ford Country's service department.

My how things have changed in two years.

While many establishments aim for service with a smile, Ford Country seems to aim for service with a price.

After my Explorer broke down, I naturally figured the right place to have it towed was Ford Country, but that choice proved to be the wrong one.

We were quoted $125 on the phone for one procedure and $100 for another. What were these expensive repairs? They wanted to charge $125 to change the battery and $100 just for the diagnostic to determine what was actually wrong with the car.
Infuriated, we decided immediately to seek a repair elsewhere.

While forgoing the most expensive battery change in history, we were still stuck with the $100 diagnostic.
Except it proved to not be a mere $100 diagnostic. A $20 ??technician labor? and a $27 fee for a ??battery charge? was added for a total of $147.

When I confronted a manager on why we were quoted an outrageous-enough $100 to just find out what needed to be fixed and charged $147, the most I could get were several ??I??m sorry? cries. Don??t be sorry when you know you??re ripping me off.

When the nightmare seemed to be nearly over, I then found out as the tow arrived that they had lost the keys, provoking me to wonder if I was about to be charged a ??find the keys we lost? fee.

I have yet to shop Ford Country for a car, but if their conniving service department is any indication, I wouldn??t want to.

PROS: The place is still kept clean.
CONS: Their practices are dirty. If you go, prepare to be ripped off.

The sales staff was professional. The service department needs a lot of work. The girl behind the desk has been surley, the courtesy car is jammed packed before it will leave. They don't automatically wash your car when you bring it in for service, so if you want it washed you have a longer wait. The day they could not find our vehicle and we waited for half an hour while they drove around their lot looking for it was the day we stopped going there. The service work was fine, the staff in the office was not.

I have to say that i thought going to a dealership to get my ford fixed was the best way to go. i was wrong. I took my car in for a problem and when i got it back my air conditioner was broken. I had them fix it and when i got my car back my blinker was broken. I do not trust them and i would advise you not to trust them
