Oasis is one of my favorite apartment developers in the city. Most of their properties feature spacious living arrangements this includes this particular phase. Some of the apartments look as if they need to be remodeled. And the tennis courts need work also.
PROS: Spacious and affordable
CONS: A little ghetto
