A Fantastic place to do business ... I got a loan on my jewelry when no one else would help me .... The store manager at the N Durango location was very knowledgeable about jewelry and gaveme more than i expected ... i paid the loan off after 2 months and was charged very resonable fee's.. i purchased a gold charm pendant and got an amazing deal 50% off !!!! Thanks Superpawn !!! a new customer

First off you are going to a pawn shop, don't take great grandmas antique 18Th century brooch and not read the fine print!!! If you really care about an item you will remember to go and get it out of hawk. And of course they are going to to only give you a certain percentage of what it is worth, they have to make money too!!! And they don't resell the jewelery that gets pawned to them, they either make more money melting it or selling it to another jeweler. Besides, they don't want bubba and his cousins coming in one day trying to get berthas wedding ring back!!!

A lot of people complain about Superpawn melted down this or they took my that....everyone thinks the negative. I am also a long time customer and if you understand the contract and you can read, then you won't have any problems. The company gives you 120 days..almost 4months! They give you 30 days after that....and they can only hold your item for a certain length of time. You can extend or renew or just plain pick it up. People complain about how they low ball and how they are too expensive and so and so...what they don't understand is that if they ,loaned someone 250 for something that they bought for 500...that would mean when they sell it they would have to yank up the price to make up for whatever was loaned and make a profit....anyone who has been in retail or business should KNOW this. Customers ALWAYS ask for discounts. As for your due date....it is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to remember their due dates....if you forgot to pay for your electric bill and they cut it....can you say oh...it slipped my mind??? All I hear is "superpawn" ripped me off....no...you signed a contract....and in bold black letters your due date is printed. From what I heard from an inside source is that jewelry is constantly being sent out...so when due dates pass, and then the 30 day hold period given to the customer and they don't come in....then it is pulled. Stop blaming companies for YOUR own errors. They waited for you for a maximum of 150 days....120 + 30 more, that's almost 5 months. When they say they will try to get a jewelry piece back for you....they do try. I was lucky on two pieces and missed out on 1. We can't keep blaming people for our own errors.

Suerpawn does not call to remind you to pay your loan off. They told me they where going to melt down my ring (passed down through relatives). I had the days mixed up and they usually send u a letter to remind you but no letter and my broken heart. I had the money to pay it off. The manager said she would try to locate the ring but hasn't called me back. They probable tell everyone that just to shut u up. Lets see what happens
