Wells Fargo Financial

This is for people that call people who have had to deal with wellsfargo WHINERS. Wellsfargo tried to rip off my friend, her account had no pending transactions and she had not even used her wellsfargo account in about a week or two...she checks her account to see what the balance is, she has about 370 so she deposits 350 into that account......she should have about 720.....two days later, she purchases a ps3 which cost her 280....she bought it from a pawnshop..........she loses an extra 200 dollars. She called and asked about why her money was deducted they said "oh you have a pending charge" she spent an hour and about 30 to 40 minutes clearing it up. there was no pending charges....the bank cleared it for her after nearly 2 hours of arguing. Oh and did I tell you that they charged me almost a thousand claiming it to be overdraft and fees? 984 dollars about. I have written and spoken to them after going over my statements, calculating and balancing and I still can't see how I amounted to that, so I had a friend of mine who worked in a bank to check my account out, she didn't know how they got to that amount. I have talked to them about it, but they keep saying its late charge fees and deductions. Are these charges invisible because it does not amount to it, I have deducted starting from the statement about 3 months before. When you're a giant bank, you can step all over people, but how long will that go on?

Purchased furniture from Raymour & Flanigan in NYC. Got a bill from Wells Fargo, tried to pay online but was told repeatedly the account was invalid. The account was valid however to pay by phone for a $10.00 fee. No branch of this bank exists in New York, there is no email & despite 2 weeks of trying I cannot reach a human being on the phone. The hours are 9-5 Central Standard time only, Monday through Friday. The next time I buy anything from Raymour & Flanigan I'll use my own perfectly good credit card. I feel I'm being given the runaround until the the time approaches to charge me a finance charge.

If you like having your children harassed by phone while you're at work during the recession. I ran into financial difficulty and they were extremely unreasonable. I had to contact the sheriff's department. I know we have to pay our bills but sometimes circumstances don't allow you to do what you'd like. They have added more stress to my already difficult situation as a single mom.

I have bad credit and Wells fargo finacial is the only ones willing to give me a auto loan, I am paying high itrest rate, but at least I got the loan and Im rebuilding my credi. The staff is very rude, and they dont seam to know what they are doing, a lot of headaches but all in all I got the loan and Im happy, its just not as easy as a bank. But I will use them again because I support anyone who supports me.

6/15/08, I bought a Tempurpedic mattress (which I love) on a 0% Interest/0 Payment(s) for 12 months contract. The purchase went through Tempurpedic . But Wellsfargo was the finance company, and I had no idea what I was in for. I mean 0%/0 Payment(s) for 12 months, why wouldn't you do that? Particularly when you want the product? Opened my statement in October 2008, and discovered that Wellsfargo had changed my 0%/0 Payment(s) for 12 months Tempurpedic contract into a 22%+ interest charge account with not payment deferral, late payments, penalties, fees, etc., etc. So you say, "Why don't you call them and fix it?" Good idea, but....have you ever tried dealing with these people?? They were awful. They treated me like a lying deadbeat. It was so frustrating! I was literally being robbed by a bank, and they acted like there was nothing I could do about it!! Finally, after a lot of time and aggravation, I got a hold of someone with a conscience at Tempurpedic's corporate headquarters. She had to pull the original contract and send it to Wellsfargo. Someone in charge of Tempurpedic's financing arrangement with Wells Fargo also contacted their rep from Wellsfargo. I eventually got it straightened out, but I was lucky. I made the purchase with Tempurpedic by phone, and didn't have a copy of the original contract at home. So, if Tempurpedic hadn't backed me up, it would have went quite differently. Seeing first hand how easily this type of fraud can happen, and experiencing how incredibly arrogant the Wellsfargo people were when I tried to straighten out their error was unbelievable. I'm pretty willing to speculate that there are other similarly situated consumers who have had the same experience. The good news is, I still love my Tempurpedic, but wouldn't want to meet these Wellsfargo finance thugs in the dark, apt to rob you blind or worse!

Get a life and stop crying. You get a statement every month telling you what is due and when. If your payment is late it's late. Any company you deal with with charge you a late charge if your payment is late. If there's anyone to complain to it's the USPS. But, I have to add, it's a stamp.. not a magic wand!

I also have a loan with Wells Fargo for my furniture, I pay my bill via my bank, they sent my payment out on Dec. 26, to the Las Vegas store, they also said that they had not received my money until January 3, one day late. I live in Phoenix Arizona, I send mail to my son in Las Vegas, it arrives to him anywhere from three to four days, not eight. Wells Fargo is just a screwed up in their financial department as Chase Bank. This will be the last business I do with this company.

I've had an account with "Wells Fargo financial National Bank" located in DesMoines, IA for about three months. first of all, I've never dealt with a more unprofessional, ignorant bunch of people in my entire life. They send the bill in the mail, i pay almost double the payment and send it 5 days before the due date, next thing i know there charging me $39 late fee, saying it was one day late. I have perfect credit and pay all my bills on time. since when does it take eight days to send a bill from Ohio to Iowa? I am unsatisfied and aggravated. I WILL NOT deal with "WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL NATIONAL BANK" ever again.

Wells Fargo is a great bank. If you get a loan you should read all the paperwork like these other people didn't. Obviously they did not read all the paperwork with their loans and now they blame it on the bank.

I live in Louisiana. We are currently experiencing a demand for Oil and Mineral rights.

Wells Fargo has to sign a document allowing the drilling to move forward and giving rights to Wells Fargo if I move.

It has been almost a month, Wells Fargo has not completed or review anything. My deadline was last Friday (Nov. 7th.)

They drag their feet on everything.

I am a lawyer. I have a home equity loan w/ Wells Fargo in Texas. I have ceased to be amazed at how the bank has screwed this account up. It is impossible to find someone in the organization who has the authority to make a decision. It is impossible to get information on my account. It is impossible to even get an address to send my demand letter to.

Wells Fargo is the most incompetant finacial instution that i have ever dealt with. I paid off my account and sent the funds certified. they do not have anyone to accept payment.
I have gotten the run around for an entire day to try to find someone who actually works in Las Vegas and deals with payments at the post office.
I will never do business with this place again. It has been a horrible experience and no one will accept responsiblity for anything. They are all totally incompetant.

My husband and I refinanced our home 2 years ago with wells fargo financial. I actually went there for a personal loan to have a shed built on our property. I was introduced to kevin at the indianapolis,indiana location on us highway 31. I was talked into refinancing our home with debt consolidation. I never got the loan for the shed. Instead i GOT ALOT LIES. I never wanted to refinance our home if we didnt have the taxes and insurance included in the mortgage payment and money for the shed. I was promised and reassured the taxes and insurance would be included. I got a letter from wells fargo and it stated that the taxes and insurance will not be included. I called kevin up and he said that is a old letter and it must of got mailed out by mistake. I got my first mortgage payment and it wasnt included so I called Kevin. He said I already paid it with the previous mortgage company and it would be on the next month statement. IT WASNT...I ALSO WANTED THE MORTGAGE PAYMENT ON A CERTAIN DATE OF THE MONTH that never happened either. I think this little punk lied like a dog and should of been fired. He has since moved to another location...no doubt. I will never do anything ever again with the liars at wells fargo. They will lie just to get your money. It has been a burden trying to come up with taxes and insurance in a lump sum. I never got the shed either. There may be other hidden lies in this mortgage deal ...who knows. Since then I have had wells fargo call and ask me how everything is going and I always tell them how kevin lied and dogged us out, but they have never done a darn thing about it.

Our window contractor used this bank to give us a six month free finance. Neither the contractor nor the bank informed us there is mimimum payment while interest is piling up but not due until 6 months later. When we did not make the first minimum payment, we receive collection calls just about every other hour daily, including weekends. The bank keeps adding the $39/mo even after we explained to them our situation. It makes more money collecting the late fee than interest. We will never use it again.

This bank definitely deals in deceptive practices. But, don't just complain. Go to the following web-link and file a formal complaint with "Office of Comptroller of Currency". Let's stand up to this institution.

Don't accept a friendly loan from your dentist office for dental work to be paid back to the nice credit company who will work with you. WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL uses a 25 day pay plan so no matter how good you are at calculating what bills are due when, their date always changes and it's always shorter than you think. They are very unconcerned that you have a problem with a 25 day month when every other company in the world has a 30-31 day month. Hey that is your tough luck. SO if you want to add so real excitedment to your bill paying experience, try Wells Screw-you Financial.

This is the worst company that I have ever had any dealings with..I'm not working right now but, still making my 81.00 a month payment.. I get 4 to 5 calls from them a day.. The worst call ever one of the guy's that called said "Are you even looking for a job."This is way out of line and no of there buisness as long as I am making a effort to pay.. I would not recommened them to no one..

I have to say it never fails to amaze me that there are still people out there who will blame a financial institution, or any institution for that matter, for their own mistakes. Pay your bills, pay them on time and you will not have late fees. When you buy something it is your responsibility when signing the contract to know your due date, amount due, and where to send it. I have never had any problem with Wells Fargo, but of course if I did I would certainly handle myself much more professionally then others have seemed to. You attract more flies with honey people.

As a previous person stated, "this specific bank is the worst wellsfargo bank in the us".

This bank is not only the worst bank ever but it is FRIGHTENING how badly it is run and how little they care about customer service. Was on hold every time I attempted to contact them for over one hour. When I finally did get to speak with a teller she was so bad & unprofessional it was an obomination not to mention she sounded as if she were 10 years old.

On top of all the problems mentioned, they also seem to be charging us an extra $1400 or so over what we owed on a one year deferred account.

This bank seems to be of very questionable origins.........no matter what you do or how much you may need a loan do not go to this bank....

Complete amazed at how unprofessional, stupid, uncaring, apothetic, and useless this bank is.

I brought furniture from raymour & flanigan, with interests free for one year...I went back to the store ans ask where is my bill I can paid..she said well Fargo is always late and don't worry about...after two wells Fargo send me a bill and charge (35 dollars) late fee..I call both party and both of then didn't want hear from me...I told the both of then they lose my business..don't use any one of then...they stuck...

this specific bank is the worst wellsfargo bank in the us. they can not identify a counter feitt checks or do and thing remotly right in their bank or drive up windows. i have been dealing with with wellsfargo on the matter for about 3 weeks now and it is not resolved. i got scammed over 600 dollars and no thanks to wellsfaro out of a new tv that was sold. the bank cleared the funds after 3 days and said that the check was fine.. later that week after i had trusted their judgement they called me back to report that the check was counterfeitt. great job wellsfargo...
i have finally payed their stupid fees for their own mess up and got rid of the checking and savings account.. i advise anyone who is with them to watch their bank account with wellsfarg very closley...they are probably taking from yours too little by little...
