Oh my, what a disappointment this FedEx Station is, and I mean a total disappointment. It's managed poorly and the staff actually make you think they're doing you a favor when actually IT'S THEIR JOB! The only reason I go there is because they hold mail for you. If there was another location close by that would hold my FedEx Pkg's I'd go there. Please get your act together folks. You give a bad name to all the good FedEx locations worldwide.

I went to this Kinkos for the first time today because I was in the area. I did not leave my project with them because it was going to take them 24 hours to make simple copies and they weren't crowded. The acted so " put out " that they had to work at all.I will go to the more efficent and friendly Kinkos on Sahara next time.

I've been here a lot. When you walk in, they say "Hello." They're alert and know you're there. They even ask how they can help you. I really appreciate that. I perceive the staff here to be smart and competent professionals. Also, the equipment has never been broken down when I've been here. I'm sure it happens, but things tend to run smoothly at this place.
Pros: Helpful and friendly staff; easy parking, open Sunday, no drama
Cons: Not open 24 hours
