We purchased a used Cadillac Escalade from Gary Hopkins in January of this year. Our family was looking to make the move to a larger vehicle and Gary helped us find the perfect used car. We had purchased another vehicle from Gary a few years back and the experience was extremely positive. When he discovered us wandering the car lot we were relieved to see a familiar face and knew our experience was going to be wonderful with Gary. The process was easy and we are very happy with our Escalade. In addition, Brotherton in general was a very professional and friendly dealership. Thank you Gary for helping us find our new "used" car and we will come back to Brotherton the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

In January 2010, I bought a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. I really enjoyed working with Brandee Miller, Tom Gloster and Jade Wolters. I never felt at any instance that I was being pushed or forced to make a decision I was not comfortable with. Tom was very patient and flexible. He was so nice that he let me take the car (used car) for a whole day so that I can show it to the mechanic. He did not even ask for any collateral. Brandee & Jade were very prompt in getting back to me. I will definitely recommend Brotherton to all my friends.

My wife and I had a problem with our air conditioning. They could not get the required part until the Monday after I took it to them. They went out of their way to get me a loner car for us until they could repair the AC. They have a shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off from office to home.

Having used both the body shop and the service center, these guys have been very good to me. The staff has been very courteous, the repairs done promptly and any/all questions have been answered to our satisfaction. Great job!

everyone working at this place is great. they ask you what you want and actually show it to you. They are straight forward. they are a little over priced on the cars. But they let you know that too. They give you alot of little extras too. The finance people are even fast and try to get your payment when you want it.

my parent's were had! They purchased a suv less then a month ago were financed just last weekend. The thing has been in the service center three time's over night one of those. & were they said they would call she had to call everytime sometimes more then once. on a weekend getaway we noticed the rear window was not working she called and left a message. no one called her back. @ this point the vechile was not financed. my dad got a call saying he was financed & he asked about the window & was told to bring the car back in. Today they took it in & two hours later recieved a call saying he had to pay $200. to fix the window. There was some argueeing mostly on his part. & nothing was resolved. Just know Used vechiles Don't seem as good as they appear here.
