This place is hysterical! I'm still laughing and shocked at my experience there about 10 minutes ago. Before going over there, I had read the bad reviews about "Chuck" (the owner) and the horrible service, but I was skeptical. Since they're down the street I figured I'd give them a shot. After meeting with the owner "Chuck" and talking for only about 8 minutes, a very simple conversation about tv brands and warranty information escalated into a full blown argument!? HA! He basically kicked me out and told me to purchase from Best Buy. (in his tiny universe...Best Buy is his evil nemesis...so that was suppose to be an insult I suppose) Who in the hell buys from this guy? Totally combative personality. I'm fairly certain he'd benefit from some psychotropic medication. If this guy wants to survive, his best bet is to handle the accounting in a back room where nobody can see him (preferably in a steel cage) and have an actual human being with an agreeable personality to meet, greet and inform customers. I wouldn't trust buying a drink coaster from this guy,let alone thousands of dollars in electrical equipment. I certainly sensed that once a customer's money is out of their pocket, so is any post-purchase assistance. Thank God Chuck did me a favor and approached me first, rather than after I made a purchase. I now believe with 100% certainty the negative reviewers before me! Crazy.

Pros: The owner is so bizarre he saved me from purchasing there.

Cons: I don't have enough fingers.

We bought a stereo/TV system from them, roughly $5000, the guys had to come back several times for various issues, I don't even remember what they all were. Finally, after about 8 months the receiver started making staticky noises, like a radio with bad reception, loud and very annoying. This kept getting worse, of course, so we called; it took HT weeks to finally come by and pick it up. They said we should be eternally grateful to them for giving us a loaner receiver. After 4 months they brought the original receiver back, said nothing was wrong with it, the installers left without showing us whether or not it was working; sure enough, the first time we turned it on it did it again (the loaner receiver never did). They claim we're doing something wrong (like, what, push the on/off button?), we have requested that someone come back for 2 weeks, today when we called with the same request they got upset that next week we won't be here, and the owner hung up on us. Twice. Said he will not take phone calls from us any more.
