I brought my car to Bruce Scher Goodyear on W. Sahara for a routine oil change and, of course, they told me I needed a new air filter. I said no thanks, I could change that myself. When I left, my car was making a deep sounding noise when I'd accelerate. When my boyfriend looked under the hood, he found the air filter compartment was not re-attached properly after Goodyear had taken it apart. The screws were either loose or missing, and the hose leading from the air filter was not attached properly. Hopefully this did not cause any long term damage to my engine by clogging it with dirt and dust. This is horrible attention to detail. They only care about selling more services. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! went to get my car aligned after the eighth time still was not aligned and i gave them a call to come in for the nineth time and there response was that i could of hit something going home wtF? so i would have to pay full price again?? and not to mention everytime went in for the alignement there was something that needed to be fixed like my brakes, my front and rear struts WTF? seriously just a complete JOKE i will never ever go to this location again or any good year, the worst experience.

Don't do business here! They love to up-sale. I came in for a front end alignment and then sold me 2 camber kits(P&L 250.00), because it was the first front end alignment my truck had ever had. I understand you need camber kits if your camber needs adjustment, it's not factory adjustable. However when I got my truck back the manager ( Mark) gave me my report and it showed my measurements both before and after the alignment. There was nothing wrong with the camber at all it was color coded and printed green on the report and was well within specs on the report. They also tried to get me to by an air filter for 25.00 dollars ( normally 12.00 at any auto store) that I had just replaced 4 weeks earlier during my oil change. Done with these people!

I recently moved to Las Vegas. In the past, I almost always took my car to Goodyear for my maintenance needs. I always loved taking my car to Goodyear because of their courtesy and honesty. I never felt they were encouraging me to purchase services that were not need and were very truthful about the work that I did need done. It's hard to find honest mechanics when you are female. They simply assume you know nothing about cars, which in my case is not true.

When I moved to Las Vegas I was very excited to find there was a Goodyear, Scher??s Superior Tire, around the corner from my office. A couple weeks ago, I dropped my car off for a routine oil change and to have my tires balanced and rotated. I told them I had purchased a lifetime tire and balance rotation from Goodyear and brought in my receipt to show them. They said that they would rotate them for free but would have to charge me to balance them. How can they claim to be a "Goodyear National Account" if they are not going to honor services purchased from another Goodyear?

They called me back shortly after saying my oil had been changed and that as a "courtesy" they had done a 52 point inspection. The man calling me rattled off a list of items he said needed to be done that came to a mere $500. One of the items was to change my transmission fluid, something that only needs to be done every 80,000+ miles on my car, and I had done less than 6 months earlier! Of his long list of needed repairs, the only one I agreed to was to have my car aligned.

When I went back to get my car I was very disappointment. I was charged $9.50 for my so-called ??courtesy? inspection. I was also charged $32.00 for balancing my tires, which I feel is unfair considering I have already purchased a lifetime balance/rotation from Goodyear! In the past when I have had my car aligned I have always received a separate sheet showing the specs of how much my alignment was off but they offered nothing. I had always had such faith in Goodyear and the services offered but after this experience I will never take my car back to that store. It was a true disappointment that this store carries the name ??Goodyear? yet does not hold up to the Goodyear standards of service I have experienced in the past.

I purchased four new tires from this dealer at this address. The flyer stated the correct price but there were a lot of add on. The service was good but not overly fast. The person behind the counter was helpful and tried to save me money whereever he could.
