Been using this facility, and this doctor, for our rescue for 20 years for everything from vaccinations and microchips to major surgery to euthanasia. Both vets here have always been extremely competent, communicative and considerate.

Horrible experience. Had to put my little beagle down. The vet didn't even give him morphine or anything first was going to put him down immediately without warning to us. He put the shot and my beagle who was so dehydrated from intestinal

Always accept walkins, even for new patients. Drs. get right down to business of treating your animal quickly and efficiently. Never have had a lengthy wait time, even as a walk in, and just for low cost vaccinations. Drs. explain all aspects of problems and treatment explicitly yet concisely, and cover all treatment options and costs upfront and very accurately. Even with an emergency surgery to repair broken bones, the price quote given to us immediately in the initial exam room by the Dr. was within $50 of the total cost. Prices are very competitive within the veterinary field here in Vegas, and care quality has been excellent. This clinic also offers a VERY reasonable price on vaccinations! It is interesting that the "negative" reviews about this clinic were published anonomously. This is an excellent clinic.

I highly recommend. Our cat was struggling to get his breath, treatment done, within half hour we were back. He sent us to overnight emergency hospital so cat could be monitored and put on breathing treatments throughout the nite. Follow up has been twice now, and hospital now is able to give breathing treatments to animals because of our boy. We have since been back for a breathing treatment and both the cat and my family were treated with the utmost care. Long story short, my cat has asthma.

We took our dog to have her teeth cleaned and they were reasonable. We took her back to have her yearly shots and someone forgot to write down the appt and the vet worked us in but he was mad and grumpy. We took her back for another teeth cleaning and an infected ear and we were not quoted a price and it came to $400.00. Charged us $132.00 to look at bacteria in her ear. When my husband picked her up he said he would never go back because the vet was so unfriendly (owner of clinic) and didn't seem to want to answer any questions. Sometimes people are friendly in there and sometimes they are not. We would not go back. They just don't seem to have their act together.

We adopted two cats from the Lied Animal Shelter. The shelter gives a free exam for any adopted pet and one of the participating veterinary businesses close to our home was Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital. Our first visit was very positive. Cats enter on one side of the office and dogs go into the other side. The place was clean and the office staff was friendly. But . . . . Shortly after our initial visit to this hospital one of our cats came down with a severe case of Feline Upper Respiratory Infection. We called the hospital for an appointment explaining that our cat had a runny nose and a slightly infected eye. They said to just watch the cat. Well, after 72 hours of watching our cat grow worse, we took him to another hospital further away from our home. There he received the treatment he should have received when we first noticed his illness. Subsequently the infection got into his bones. He had a rough time of it, but he is still running around enjoying his cat life. I do not recommend this hospital.
