Gamestop

This GameStop was right where it needed to be. Bearing in mind I went in on the Black Friday Weekend, the lines were obviously long, but all the employees were working their hardest to get everyone through the line and ensure that they left happy. Yeah there were a few upset customers, and usually over things the employees couldn't control. Like a controller warranty; which is something the employees don't control. That's the company. I'm sorry your seven day warranty went out. That's the rules. You go ten miles over the limit and get a ticket. The cop probably doesn't care you were late to pick up little Johnny; you're getting a ticket cause that's the rule. All and all I thought this GameStop did a fine job. Everyone working was pleasant, helpful, and polite. I'd recommend this location to anyone.

The return policy for new products (like controllers) is just flat stupid! Check all there return policy's if you are blind. These people sell you a $15 xbox controller thats made cheaply and last for a month! For my 5 yr. old by the way!

PROS: Near Wal-mart!
CONS: Confusing Return policy's, rude staff, disorganized store!

I have been to other Gamestops in town. I have enjoyed very visit. I do not know what happened to this store. The employees are rude, the lines are long and they really dont help you. Gamestop itself is a great idea, but avoid this store, it will only frustrate you. They even have them in the local malls. Bypass this store and go elsewhere.

During my recent visit to this Game Stop I was very displeased at the moment seeing how most people were treated like dogs, when it came to check out all the customers were in a long line for check out and most of the customers were getting iratated so I wouldn't recomend it.
