The food in this restaurant is decent. Last time I ordered, the waitress mistook my #60 order for a #16. It was the best mistake that I've ever made. Instead of the usual rice & meat dishes that I get, I got a tasty beef (or was it pork) pho with a generous helping of noodles. The taste of the onions contrasted quite tastefully with the salty meat and noodles.

The service was decent. They did refill our drinks one time but I didn't expect great service at the time since the place was jam packed.

Food is small in portion and are not tasty or has the aroma of good Vietnamese food. Service is bad and rude. DO NOT GO HERE or you will regret it. I know my family did going here. If you want good food and service go to pho Hung or pho Thai Binh instead.

This place has the worst quality food and most terrible service out of all the Vietnamese restaurant in the China Town Vegas area. I am Vietnamese, and I have tried all the viet restaurants in the areas and Saigon 8 is the one place I will never go back and eat here. The food are small in portion and lacking in flavor. Don't expect service with a smile here; in fact, the service is all together rude. My family and I went there for pho and 'bun bo' and the food comes in a small bowl for their large order size. The pho was dry (not enough soup) and the 'bun bo' were missing a few ingredients like 'cha' and pork. We asked for more soup and they want to charge extra and when we complain about the missing ingredients they never brought it out to us. Overall, the food are not flavorful and no aroma of good quality food. The workers are grumpy b/c they are overworked and they don't care if you have a bad experience. If you want good rice place try Bosa # 1 and if you want good pho try Kim Long, and for good 'bun bo' try Thai Binh. If you want rude service and disgusting food try Saigon 8. Your Choice.

If you want bad food and terrible service go here. This is a family owned restaurant so forget about complains; they simply don't care. The food is horrific; we order bun bo (vietnamese beef soup) and key ingredience were missing like

My wife and I went to Pho Saigon yesterday. My wife ordered the Pho Dac Biet and I ordered Pho Ga.
1. To get somebody to the table to take our order was a miracle. Service was terrrible...
2. My wife's Pho Dac Biet (means pho specialty with 5 combo meat & documented on their menu) was short changed. There was only 3 types of meat. We mentioned this to the management and they argued with us. Management called my wife a liar. My god, the food was right in front of us. Hello????
3. Pho Ga that I received had the plastic wrapping and parts of the strings in the PHO!! Yes, the cooks cooked the strings and plastic in the broth. And, I showed this to him.
We were so disgusted with this restaurant. No wonder alot of people told us to stay away. After this experience, we recommend the same.. Pathetic... Stay away!

Pros: awful!

Cons: Bad Service, menu cut corners, careful what you eat

We're had Pho here when it was 110 degrees outside and also when it was 70 degrees. Both times, it helped get rid of our hangover!

It's a short drive from the hotel but well worth it. The Pho is flavorful and the veggies they give you are crunchy fresh!

It loses one star because I have to pay at the counter and also service isn't that great.

This review is for the one off of Eastern and 215- it's only been open a couple of months. We have had 3 great experiences there. Lunch service a bit slow, but food is great! We're happy to have good Vietnamese food in Henderson now!

We've eaten at hundreds of Vietnamese restaurants in the last 30 years. We arrived at 10:15 am. We will NOT be returning for a third visit due to:

Extremely POOR service primarily due to the owner's son laziness to help clean up the 6-7 dirty unoccupied tables situated by the windows (which were dirty for at least 35-40 minutes) AND HIS ABSENCE in helping to provide good customer service!

We ordered beef & chicken Pho. After being served, we had to ask of our plate of veggies to add to the Pho. After waiting five minutes (while watching both the waiter & waitress walk right by with two plates for other tables) we asked the cashier a second time for the vegetables! When they finally arrived, one of the mints was missing.

We decided instead of having to ask a THIRD time, we'd just take some mint from the unoccupied dirty table next to us. The plate of sprouts & mint appeared untouched -- so we decided this was "OK."

BUT it's NOT OK! At this point I was either going to walk out without paying or go ahead & eat the meal. We decided to eat.

I ordered two Cafe Sua Da which were extremely weak & watery. The Banh Xeo we ordered "to go" last time was much too thick & doughy, so we threw one of the two orders away.

The owner's son expressed little interest in anything other than playing with his computer! When my wife spoke to him, the young man never acknowledged her comments about "having pride" in his family restaurant and helping when understaffed.

I politely mentioned he had just lost a lot of customers due to extremely poor service & we would not be returning because of his attitude. We did NOT leave a tip.

The picture frames were quite dusty. The floors & tables weren't very clean. The "wireless" plastic service attendant on the table was a prop. And IF you don't want your car doors "dinged" -- you'll need to park on the street.

IF you really want great food & good service you'll need to go elsewhere to find it...

PROS: Decent Pho & tasty spring rolls! Cute fountain WHEN it's filled & working!
CONS: POOR ATTITUDE of management! And POOR Customer service !

Had a bowl of soup, a spring roll appetizer, and lemon iced tea which was very good. Prices are cheap and reasonable. Liked how quick the service was and atmosphere was pleasant. Would recommend this place to people who like or want to try vietnamese soup. Parking can get a little bit crowded so try to go early.

The service, cleanliness and taste is exquisite. I've tried a lot of Vietnamese Place but this one rules.
