Home Depot

As a new homeowner I know nothing about home fixes. I went in to purchase wall hangers for pictures and frames. I was having a hard time finding the correct aisle when one of their associates actually walked me to the correct aisle and helped me pick out the proper size after hearing what it would be used for. Now where can you get customer service like that?

The installer came before the recommended time and he was very thorough. He found a problem that we didn't know we had and he corrected that at no extra charge. He took pride in his work.

I USE TO LIVE CLOSE TO THIS ONE...YOU ALL ARE RIGHT IT IS HARD TO FIND HELP IN THE STORE AND WHEN YOU DO FIND HELP..THEY BARELY HAVE TIME TO HELP YOU..EVERYONE IS RUNNING AROUND LIKE CHICKENS WITH THEIR HEADS CUT OFF!

This has to be one of the worst when it comes to finding empoyees to assist you. their not around or don't know a thing about what you need. I've been in better stores than this one.

one of the places with the worse customer service is home depot from a scale 1 to 10 I gave the 2. The store is so big that it is almost imposible to find any help.

I enjoy going to this Home Depot because I can almost always find what I am looking for and if I do perhaps have a problem finding something, the customer service reps. are really friendly and help. I like the lines here too, in & out of Home Depot. Great shopping experiences.
