Nevada Eye & Ear

I've been a patient of Nevada eye and ear for years... I had been to other eye doctors in the past such as Shepard Eye center and they couldn't match up to the great patient care that Nevada Eye and ear demonstrated. I have referred all my friends and family to this medical practice and all have come back with nothing but great things to say about the staff and doctors. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the staff and doctors for showing the Las Vegas valley how patient care should be. I have been going to Nevada Eye and Ear for several years. I have been to a couple of doctors there. The only doctor I would recommend from that practice is Dr. Vincent Gassen. He used to work from the Buffalo and Henderson office and then moved to the Henderson office only. Even though the Buffalo office is closer to my home, my family and I are willing to drive to Henderson to see him. He is awesome, caring and thoughtful. He not only shows that he knows his job, but shows a caring personality also. He remembers personal things about us, activities my child is involved in and asks about them. He is always very pleasant, and shows interest in us. I can go on and on about him. He is good with my teenage son also. Never is he rushing us or does he make us feel like there's others waiting. He takes his time with us as if we're the only patients he has to see. I really appreciate him and his style and he takes great care of us and our eyes !!

Been there twice. Once they got my perscription wrong, and I decided i'd go there again since my insurance accepts them. I thought I'd just go to another doc. This time they billed me for things I didn't ask for or recieve. I had to spend 1 hour to get their mistake fixed, which they did without apologizing. She said "well check your receipt next time" Just be careful in what the doctor's doing and don't pay for anything you didn't ask for.

Both Doctors Manthei are great with patients my mother (elderly) had Rudy for cataract surgery and I had Scott for chronic ear problems and surgery
great bedside manner
