I don't think I have never had this quality of customer service at any type of business. From the moment I drove onto the lot, I have had nothing but a great experience at Prestige. The sales process went very well and the service since my purchase has been nothing short of phenomenal. When I recently had my car serviced, I was slightly disappointed to find out it was going to take longer than the hour Kevin, the service manager, told me over the phone he thought it would take. Upon dropping my vehicle off, the other service manager reached into his desk, pulled out a set of keys and told me to take the loaner which was loaded with EVERYthing. It was literally that simple.
After they called to let me know my vehicle was ready, I returned to pick it up. I had to mention I was returning the loaner as it didn't seem like a high priority for them and they didn't even do an inspection of the loaner.
This is a business that knows how to cater to their customers. Upon the completion of every transaction, they request feedback of their service. My wife jokes that Prestige Infiniti is my new best friend.
