Sunburst Shutters

In todays world, I went with an established company. I am so pleased with the results. I love my shutters. I found out now, that I can go back and get a $1200 tax credit because the Polywood system is a certified product. Great shutters, a great company and $1200 off my taxes because of these great shutters. I win all the way around- carmen

In January 2009 I had three companies come out and give me bids. In August when I had the money to purchase shutters, one company was gone, the other company (a carry everything company) didn't have a clue but Sunburst honored their quote and 3 weeks later I had my shutters. They are beautiful and perfect. Everyone whom I spoke with at Sunburst was great. There was no pressure to buy, no sales tactics, just GREAT service and Great Shutters. Sunburst is the best company to deal with. We got quotes from 6 other companies. They were nowhere near as professional as Sunburst. Sunburst has the best people, an amazing selection of quality products and fantastic customer service. They offer what I consider to be the best window covering: the Polywood Shutter. It's interesting that everyone else tries to be like Sunburst. Some even said they had exactly what Sunburst had. But it was clear they did not. Go with someone you can trust--Sunburst Shutters. I'm glad we put Sunburst products in our home. You will be too!

My husband finally let me purchase my shutters!! I have been wanting them now ever since we moved into our home 5 years ago. I felt like I really did my research. I wanted a reputable company that had a reliable product. I had some companies out to my home about 3 years ago, and Sunburst was the only one that is still in business. Asking around my office, I found that 2 of my coworkers have Sunburst shutters and just love them. I was able to have the same rep back to my home to review all my options. He answered ALL of my questions and knew what he was talking about. He was extremely polite and respectful of my home. I feel good about my decision. I chose Polywood shutters because I know it will last. I can't wait!!

I just got my shutters installed last week from Sunburst Shutters and I am so pleased!!! They surpassed my expectations. My husband and I just bought a foreclosed home and consequently had a lot of remodeling to do. Of the 6 companies we dealt with for various projects, Sunburst was the only one that did exactly what they said they would do and was the only one that we did not have a single problem with. Our salesman, Will, made us feel comfortable and was very professional. The install crew did a fabulous job. My home looks terrific with our new Polywood shutters from Sunburst!!!

They did not have the particular window coverings I was looking for and when I got a quote for what they did have, it was way over priced compared to other companies.

They made me feel stupid for wanting to shop around, Glad I did. There are a few other companies out there with a showroom with better service and prices (I hate use car salesmen)

I would not buy anything from this company without first going into the store they have. They are pushy and spent the whole time talking bad about the 2 other shutter company's that I had quotes from. I did not ask their advice all I wanted was a fair quote. Both other company's that I went to answered all my questions and gave me quotes which were about $4000 to $4500 which I felt was fair. Well Sunburst Shutters was $7600 and the shutter looked, felt and worked exactly the same as the ones looked at from the other company's. They are rude and enjoy putting other company's down. I guess business must be hurting them since not one phone line rang and my husband and I were there for almost 1-1/2 hours. Why insult other company's. Dirty low tactics and distasteful sales people. Shutter is overpriced and I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money and shop around. Go with people who listen to your questions and have a good product and sales ethics.
