This Virgin Megastore closed down in January 2005.
The store had an excellent layout and was well-organized, and split into two floors. The selection at the store was OUTSTANDING, and prices were reasonable too.
Perhaps my only complaint would be that the store always seemed a bit overcrowded and lacking in the numbers of staff. But it's on the strip, so that's to be expected. Also, it was kind of a pain to walk though a casino and a bunch of worthless shops to get here.
I miss this store, it was one of the finest in Sin City. If you're looking for a good record store now, check out Zia on Flamingo and Eastern. They're the only store that compares to the greatness of Tower and Virgin.

This Virgin Megastore is located at the end of the Forum Shops in Caesars. It has a nicely planned layout with easy access to the many different genres of music. As well as CDs on the lower floor, upstairs you find DVD, books, games and a small cafe.Certainly plenty to choose from but the regular prices are not that good and people will find online merchandisers much more appealing. Having said this, they often have a lot of marked down merchandise so it's easy to walk out with a bargain or two, plus it's a great resource for listening to new music as they have the largest number of listening posts i've seen for a record store.
