I have friends who live in Vegas and they picked me up at my hotel and took me to this restaurant 8 miles west of the strip. I was very impressed. I thought all the great restaurants were in hotels. I enjoyed a nice glass of wine on their patio with a delicious Angel Hair Pasta with pine nuts and fresh herbs. This was a great place to relax, chat and enjoy a great meal.

I am a long time patron of Grape Street. That being said, I had the worst experience there on last Friday night.

My husband and I actually had a night out from the kids and went there for dinner. The service was incredibly bad. It

Our experience at this restaurant in the past has been very good, last night was a disaster. The waiter seemed at no time to be interested in us. The tapas were a joke, nothing on
plate was edible. The server brought our salads and never asked any of us if we wanted
fresh ground pepper. The pepper grinder was 2 feet from our table so we took it upon our-selves to grind it. The bread was so bad that even lathered in butter could not improve the
taste. When we complained about the bread he said "that's one thing in the resturant that
had a 50 50 chance coming out good" , WHAT? The pasta with brie was so salty it made
our mouths pucker. One of our guest had the monicotti, who had instant nausea. Later that
night he had bowel problems. The crusted tuna was very good and so was the wine.
The next day when I called the manager to complain, he said why didn't you say anything last
night? It would have made a terrible dining experience even worse, our guests didn't want
to make any waves. Our bill was over $300.00. What a waste .
To sum it up, the food lacked love .
We will never return.

Pros: great wine and outside dining

Cons: awful food and service

Two years ago i went there with my boys, and the experience was awful. From watching my waiter eat behind the counter while i am waiting for service, to the chef spraying for insects right in front of me. I informed the mgr. of the situation, but she never responded.
Well, I should've known better than to try it again. This time i went with my son, and it was awful. The server was very nice, prompt with our drinks, than nothing from that point on. he never checked back with us, I asked for fresh pepper, never got it, and the food was nasty. The chef gave me bad brown avacado on my salad, the pizza dough was raw, the goat cheese crostini was a globbed on mess with no flavor. DON'T GO HERE!!!!! They could care less about customers and quality........

Nice little italian place, their wine was good. I think their prices are a little high because the service isn't that high quality and slow. It's okay for a date night, but not somewhere I would bring kids - unless they are REALLY Patient!

I would go there again, I would just plan more time.

Food quality: I had crab stuffed shrimp - very good and grilled salmon - also very good.
Prices: High
Service: Okay, needs work.

Fantastic food, exciting wine list, great looking and knowledgeable staff. This has become a family favorite. It feels like stepping into a restaurant in NYC.

Pros: great food

Cons: view of parking lot from patio

I was excited to learn of a restaurant in the neighborhoood that was not a chain, and had great food. Maybe my hopes were set too high. The cozy, intimate atmosphere reminded me of a French wine cellar. But that was where the orginiality began and ended. The wine list was extensive, and I would definitely go back again to sample some wines. The food was mediocre. Nothing special in taste, it was not memorably presented, and it was just kind of blah.... we didn't even stay for desert.

I like wine, went with a friend for a lite meal and of course drinks. Service was awful. Baked brie was the worst I have tasted ever!! Not enough wine choices for me to be impressed. Great if you have no taste and ALOT of free time....

PROS: not on the strip
CONS: everything else

The atmosphere was nice inside and dining outside was pleasant once they turned off the misters that were no longer needed and felt like rain at our table. The waitstaff was very good and very friendly. The wine list was good but unfortunatley the food was average to below. We had three dishes at the table, the lamb, the vodka penne and the halibut. The lamb and the penne were disappointing without much flavor to them. I did not taste the halibut but was told it was excellent. Overall it was a pleasant experience and i may go back if I'm in the neighborhood to try another dish, but won't got out of my way. Keep in mind - they do not take reservations or call aheads.

I ended up at Grape Street for lunch on a fluke while in Vegas on business this past week. I was so pleased with the entire establishment, staff and menu that I've already recommended the restaurant to others for when they visit Vegas.

The wine list is extensive, the dishes are fresh and flavorful and the staff is friendly and attentive. It's all the best you might expect if you were dining at a vineyard, but in the middle of the desert.

I'll be going back to Grape Street every time I'm in Vegas. Next time it will be for dinner. I can't wait.

I know the word yummy sound childish but this is the same word that will pop in your head after you taste what this restaurant has to offer. They have a young hip staff that is very nice and accommodating. It is very clean and had the best house salad with fat free raspberry dressing, blue cheese and apple crumbles, to die for! The wine selection is huge and they offer delicious specials. Prices are great a little bit more then Olive Garden, but who cares for Olive Garden anyway? Sit out side under the misters on a beautiful day!

PROS: Good food and fun staff
CONS: none

This cafe and wine bar is a wonderful date place. It's a quiet, magical setting with brick-lined walls and a multitude of white twinkle lights. They have a very wide selection of wines, with servers knowledgeable enough to give good advice on your choices. The food is also terrific. My favorite is the pasta with vodka sauce. Save room for dessert - the chocolate fondue is killer!

PROS: All of the above and more!
CONS: Accessible, great servers, wonderful food and a multitude of wines to try!

I have dined at Grape Street at least once a month since it opened. The food is always excellent and the service great. The best however it the wines and deserts. They have many wines to choose from all over the world and value and price is the best I have found in Las Vegas. The desert are to die for, try the chololate fondue.

the atmosphere is casual. the food is great. the prices are decent. the service is always good. the wine selection is broad (and well done). the only thing complaint is with the desserts. even so, this is the sort of place you plan to go to as well as wind up going to, whether you dine in or take out.

This is among Las Vegas' best examples of the California cuisine experience---lots of fresh ingredients with a Mediterranean flair complemented by good wines from across the nation and around the world. Complex menu items mix and match…
