Sahara Coins

I went down to Sahara Coins today for the first time. I was impressed large selection with many different metals in almost all forms available. Next time I need a coin Im going back and buy there.

Sahara coins is an appropriate name for this store--because in the actual Sahara, you'll see mirages. The mirage I saw was an attractive coin shop, filled with beginner-level graded coins, absurdly high prices, and a piss-poor attitude from the two men I talked to that worked there. I know I'm not the only one that feels this way about this place. I very rarely hear anything good about this store from other coin enthusiasts I know that have been in this "mirage". Save your time (and your gas now that they moved to the extreme corner of town...TERRIBLE location fellas!!) and look elsewhere. This is a mirage after all.

I have done business with the staff at Sahara Coins for over 12 Years. They have been forthright and honest with me since day one. If every business was run like they ran theirs there would be no need for reviews. A special thanks to Mark and Robert who have steered me in the right direction year after year. Another incident worth mentioning is how i met them. My first experience was when i inherited a large group of coins from my Grandmother and took them to 4 different coinshops in Las Vegas and one in LA. Sahara Coins paid me $37,220 right on the spot and the next higest offer was for $21,000 (and that place needed a couple of days to pull the money together). They just do it all the right way.
