This title company does not follow through on paperwork requiring you as the customer to do all of the leg work. I will NEVER deal with them again!!!! The woman who bought our home and selected this company made a HUGE mistake by even considering them! I had to make all of the phone calls for loan payoff myself just to get it done and they still refused to provide me with the necessary paperwork for all fees involved to be waived. Their laziness cost my husband and I almost $8000, which we are working to get back. When they called companies, it was only one time and never rechecked balanced to discover that all utilities had been paid in time...they just charged us for them...water, power, sewer, and gas...we even had cancelled checks to provide these items were paid for and they still refused to provide us with our due money. The largest chunk came from their refusal to complete a single form for our loan to be paid off without a fee. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM...YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! Now only will dealing with this company be a mistake, but they do not address your questions. Instead, they avoid providing clients with direct answers.
PROS: NONE
CONS: rushed us and did as little as possible...not interested in clients

Good Title Service, but Be On Your Toes

If the Real Estate market ever returns to normal, I'm sure title companies throughout the valley will start to improve their quality and customer service and Fidelity is very much a victim of that frenzy. You must ask a lot of questions and stay on top of things they should and say they are doing. Get confirmations and be persistent. With that said, the staff was very helpful and even with mistakes, they go out of their way to correct the problem. They'll readily admit they're overwhelmed, but all title companies are here.
PROS: Professional Service and easy to work with.
CONS: Overwhelmed, understaffed for the market.
