I got into Vegas around 4 pm, looked up waxing places after I got checked into my hotel and called BOX first. They were able to schedule me an appointment within 30 min from talking to them. As soon as I got to BOX, I was offered a beverage and waited for my session. I waited for about 20 min before going back to the room. But after that I was out within 30 min. The job I got done normally takes at least 45 min to an hour for me. I was so amazed that I tipped the girl $15. I'm going back again next week when I head back to Vegas.

Pros: Great customer service, and very fast

Cons: A little bit of a wait after my scheduled appointment time

This is an apology to the last two reviewers. After ten years of being "Appointment Only" we're admittedly off our game when it comes to walk-ins. However, that's no excuse for anyone to be treated poorly when they come to BOX. If anything, we stress to all of our employees to go above & beyond with every client from the moment they walk through our door, which is obviously apparent based on the other unsolicited reviews. Please accept my sincerest apology, and know that if either of you reviewers would like to come back & give BOX a second chance (by appointment only, of course), that appointment is on me. Just tell the girls that Jason sent you.

My BFF & I went for a service was made to wait almost 3 mins b-4 the girl (not Bree) acknowledged we were even there though we were the only ones there. She then told me they were closed and I could make an appointment. Why would I do that when it was 45mins to posted closing time and the service I wanted would have taken a whole 15mins.?!?!She actually did me a favor...BAD BAD BAD too many other FAB places to go in Vegas a lot nicer service for a lot less price!

I heard all the buzz and the place is directly across the street from my job, so I went as a walk -in one day. There were a couple of girls behind the counter that were more irritated than helpful. They informed me more than once how lucky I was they'd had cancellations that day. I was soon introduced to Bree who was no more special than my regular girl. She literally told me what a bother it was for her having to wax the hair that was shorter in some spots than others and how inconsiderate it is for the customer to do that to the cosmetologist. Incredulous. When I was finished, I paid $20 more than my co-worker for the exact same service (she had a much worse experience than me). When I asked why, the girl practically yelled "You got Bree!" Well, excuse me! I thought she was by request only which I did not do, and I certainly meant no offense in asking, but I was treated as though I had insulted her.
So word to the wise, tell the employees at this establishment "NO THANK YOU!" Spend your money at a salon that actually appreciates your business and treats you as such.

its been a while since ive been to Box. i went while on a business trip once and long to go back again. My normal brazilian place pales in comparison. Bree's attention to EVERY detail is apparent in her professionalism in the waxing chamber and extends to her unbelievable customer service. Bree is a perfectionist and it shows in her work and her passion. her customer service is beyond reproach. as an example, i was late for a meeting post waxing and it was going to take me way to long to get a cab, Bree was at the end of her day so threw me in her car and took me where i needed to go. its so rare these days to be treated like this from anyone, but this was just another day to Bree. God love you Bree, you are a master at what you do and a wonderful human being. look forward to going back soon.

Box was great! It was almost pain-free and so professional. I got a Brazilian, eyebrow, and lip wax and not one hair remained that wasn't supposed to be there. I recommend this salon to anyone who expects the best.

Ok, so me and my girlfriend decided to check out some places in vegas to get a brazilian wax from, because we were traveling to vegas for our spring break vacation. Of course tons of spa's and salons came up. But Box Wax caught my eye because this places 'Specializes" in doing all types of waxing, with Brazilian being their number 1 choice! Also, they were recommended on the travel channel as the best place in vegas to get a wax. Dont believe me? Check out there website, they have the video posted. So we decided lets try em out. I must admit, I went in having my doubts because the last time I tried to get a Brazilian wax, or "Sac & Crac Wax" as Box Wax calls it, it was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The place which I wont name was in Nashville,TN. Anyway, I ended up getting my wax done by Bree. She is the owner/founder and I figured if Im gonna get it done, then why not get it done by the best. Her repution seemed to be fine considering she had been doing Brazilian waxes for over 15yrs!! So once the waxing started I was expecting to feel pain for the next hour and a half. But guess what, I SWEAR TO YOU, I didnt say ouch! not once. The whole process was great,peaceful, and enjoyable. We basically talked for 30 minutes about the city and the many great things to do in town while I was visiting. She actually recommended two Great places to eat at and recommended a few great shows to go see and even a few not to go see and waste my money on. Might I say that her word held up and I enjoyed all that she recommended, Thanks Again :) But finally, after it was over, I just stood in the room in complete SHOCK! Not only did it take 30minutes, but all my hair was gone and to my liking, and my girlfriends liking also ;) Plus, it did not hurt whatsoever. I didnt have to try to hold my screams in like i did in the past at that HORRIBLE waxing place in Nashville. Honestly, it was a great experience. Afterwards me and my girlfriend argued with each other about who's waxing experience was better, of course mine was! and she knows it. Therefore, I recommended this place to the world. I swear to you, if I could afford to fly in to Las Vegas from Louisiana every two months(Since thats how long guys waxes last) just to get a wax from Box Wax, i would in a heartbeat. Please everyone, Dont waste your time and money anywhere else, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO!!!!!!

I took the plunge and got my first brazilian nearly a year ago at BOX (never had ANYTHING waxed before) and I'm hooked!!! I made the mistake of going to another waxing salon, in Henderson-which will remain nameless, and was reminded why I chose BOX in the first place. I've always had positive experiences at BOX. Period!

Bree & the waxing goddesses at BOX are highly skilled, minimize the duration of the session & pain involved, are incredibly friendly and most of all professional about their work. I would highly recommend any waxing service, especially the big B to family & friends and have done so.

My bf is next for the infamous "Sac & Cra*k" service next month as a Valentine's Day gift. Still apprehensive? They've got complementary Merlot and snacks to help take the edge off and get you nice and comfy before you begin.

Once you go to BOX you'll never go to another waxing salon in Vegas again.

Pros: Lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Highly trained staff. Intriguing bathroom.

Cons: Location is tricky getting to at peak times of the day.

Make your appointment a week ahead of time and you won't have any trouble with that. I had a really great experience - this was my first ever Brazilian and I was a little nervous. My waxer was E - she made me feel completely at ease and not awkward at all. Pain was minimal, really. Much less than I expected. Brazilian is $65 which is a great price for the whole experience. Thanks to everyone on this site for the great reviews, they're what got me to BOX in the first place!

Pros: Friendliness, minimal pain, great result, great price

Cons: Kind of hard to find! Look for the Persian restaurant and the Thai restaurant, then you're in the right place

I just moved to Vegas from Atlanta and love this place!!!! I have tried other places out her but nothing compares to Box!!They do a great job!!

We both have been going to Box for 4 years. Bree and the staff and are the best by far. They gladly work with men and women and never fail to meet our needs. The atmosphere is great and the staff is completely usser friendly

I went for my first brazilian recently at Box. I chose it for the spectacular online reviews. It was definitely a great experience (minus the pain of course!)! When I first walked in, I was impressed with the look of the salon. It was very stylish and very clean. The waxing rooms are SO comfortable and warm! The waxing table is covered with a reallly thick mattress pad and clean white sheets. It really feels more like a spa visit! I had Shereen (sorry if i butchered the spelling!) and she was great! She really made me feel comfortable the whole time by chatting and answering my questions. Don't be fooled, it HURTS, but it was fast and effective! My visit was $64, more than reasonable for the fantastic service! I am MORE than happy with my results! Make an appt today!! Thanks Shereen!!

There's nothing cooler than jumping on line only to find that people are talking about you. More specifically, they're saying great things about you. BOX has been nurtured by my wife (Bree) and I for 8 years now. We've always felt that it's better to do a great job with everyone who walks through the door vs. telling everyone in a magazine that you do a great job via an ad. And based on our success, it works. There are some unreal waxing salons out there with great reputations, and we're all to happy to be considered among them. Fortunately/Unfortunately, none of them are in Las Vegas. Keep your eyes peeled for our wax (BOX WAX), which should be hitting the wholesale market soon. It'll give your favorite aesthetician a bit of an upper hand, so to speak. And you should also know that we're opening up another location in Summerlin this year, and most likely L.A. or San Diego next year.

I went for my first Brasilian wax job. The person who took care of me (I am so sorry I forgot her name!) made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered the salon. She did a great job, was very attentive to details and even if it wasn't a pain free experience, she manage to keep me from screaming! If I happen to be in Vegas when I need such a service, I would definitely go back to BOX. I strongly recommend this salon!

Let me just start by saying that I've gotten a male brazilian waxing at a place that claims it's the best in the world...J. Sisters in NYC. Well, move over J. Sisters you've just been bumped from your perch by a much more unassuming champion - Box - Las Vegas. Searching on the internet for someone who does male brazilian's can be a taxing exercise to say the least. They aren't very well publicized or even talked about. Box is particularly difficult to find on the internet but it won't be for long! Bree, the owner of Box, is an absolute professional and perfectionist. It wasn't a rush job as that's not what they are all about...with only 2 treatment rooms you don't feel as if you're in a factory that can't wait to get the next person into your seat. Bree is the quinessential expert, she made me feel comfortable through casual conversation and really made it a virtually pain free experience. For guys and girls this place is a god send, the surroundings are warm and the staff are even better. I'll be back...regardless if I live in Las Vegas or not. 5 stars...a must to experience while in Las Vegas.

Been waxing for over 10 years and swear by Box. Sure it's charming, well located, and reasonably priced. The true stand out feature is the dedication to "first class" service.
Real leaders in this industry. Although Bree is the star, she trains everyone to match the same level of service.
The style is fast but comfortable and relaxing.
Another highlight is the facials. Simple and effective.

After moving here a few months ago, I was reluctant to go through the pain of finding another great aesthetician. After one disasterous debacle at a NW salon, I made an appointment at Box. The salon itself is physically incredible. Rich colors, a warm glow, relaxing music, deep leather couches and a friendly, professional staff make you feel at ease. Kim went right to work and removed every single remenent of fuzz in no time flat. She was professional, quick and VERY thorough. They only use a hard wax, which is less painful and (I think) longer lasting. Best yet, I didn't have the usual after-waxing irritiation and minimal ingrown hairs. These ladies know what they're doing. The only downfall was that the address listed on google and mapquest was wrong! They are not at the Karen address, but at Sahara and Decateur on the NE corner. These ladies know what they're doing. Trust your box no one else!

Let me just start by telling you how CUTE this place is. Upon arrival youre offered a drink along with jelly beans, HOW FUN! The decor is beautiful and so many great products to browse thru. Staff is professional and you must get your waxing done my Bree. Im sure all the staff is great, but Bree was featured in Las Vegas Living. You get what you pay for and its worth it. They even do shapes and colors for the brazilian wax if you ask. If your not a brazilian waxer just yet(which I cant understand why) you must give it a shot......you will never go without it again.

Pros: Bree, parking, service!

Cons: Its kind of hidden so get there early just to make sure.
