Usa Baby

We bought our nursery at this store. We wanted to wait until we had everything before we posted a review although we were pretty happy with our choice and the service. We recently got it and we can now say, everything is great. Good stuff!

We loved our experience at USA Baby. We shopped around and actually bought some bedding at another store. After buying our furniture here we cancelled that bedding order and bought everything here. The employees are especially helpful.

I love USA Baby, they have something new every time I go there. Good service, good quality, good prices. I used to shop around but now it has been 18 months since my daughter was born and I am tired of shopping around and ending up at USA Baby every time. I don't bother anymore. I got their new 0% credit card so I get no payments and no interest for 6 months on everything I buy. I love it!

PROS: a baby registry and great ideas and things for shower gifts

USA Baby is a nice store with higher, medium and lower priced items. You have to find the stuff in your price range though. We got the lower priced stuff, it was better quality than furniture in that price range anywhere else we looked. The service was good too. We did the free layaway, they make it convenient and it worked out well with our budget. We will shop here again.

I saw an ad on TV about a sale and went there to find a crib. I felt like the salesgirl was pushy but she said she was not on commission so I talked to her. She was actually really helpful and really knew her stuff. I ended up finding everything I needed because of her help. The furniture is good quality, the delivery guys were great and they had everything in stock so I got it right away. I had to order my glider and wait for it but it came pretty quick. Overall my experience was very good.

Someone I work with bought their furniture at USA Baby last year and recommended it so we checked it out. Cute store. At first it seemed pricy but the girl said they guarantee the lowest prices. I shopped around and found some same stuff at other stores, but USA Baby's prices were the same or lower. So we bought our furniture here (Baby's Dream). We love it. We went back for a carseat and shopped around for prices again. We got a Britax, it was actually cheaper here than other stores in town, even the internet. Definitely recommend this store.

Our furniture came 8 weeks after ordered as promised. There was damage to some pieces and they said they would order touch up paint. I sent a complaint letter which was forwarded to customer relations. It has been 12 weeks since they supposedly ordered replacement pieces. We will be taking them to small claims court.
Update- Finally got our furniture. Still not perfect, but I am finished with them. Had to get corporate involved.

We purchased a "convertible" crib and combo unit (dresser/changing table) at USA Baby. While we are pleased with this furniture, we are bothered by the ads we keep getting that purport that "Everything is on sale! Up to 70% off!!!" Whenever we go back (and we have been there about 4 times in the past 5 months since we want to purchase another piece) the prices are always the SAME!! There will be a highly marked up price tag with the price slashed saying it's now on sale for ----. MEANWHILE, it was ALWAYS that price!!

This store advertises its huge selections, and great values. Neither is true. There is not much to choose from, and everything is way overpriced. The sales people try too hard, and they make you feel like you are doing something wrong when you ask them to leave you alone. I would not recommend this place, even when they are having a "sale."

When shopping for our baby daughter we went in this store. We were the ONLY people in the store. I felt the items were VERY overpriced. I also did not like that the salesman kept following us around.. we told him several times we were browsing and yet he still watched us like a hawk. Perhaps he thought we were planning to steal something, I do not know. It was an uncomfortable experience and i would not shop there.
