I set an appointment for a consultation the next week and looked forward to our meeting. I showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment and the store was closed (2 hours prior to the posted business hours I might add) Thinking that maybe they just stepped out, I waited for 15 minutes before calling the number listed on the door. No one answered, so I eventually left extremely perturbed because I had traveled out of my way through rain to make the appointment.
