O.K. people, listen up. I've never written a review before, but I can't stop thinking about this little gem of a place that I just had an awesome meal at! "Well Being In The Box" is a quaint little restaurant located in a little strip mall that is actually quite unassuming from the outside looking in, Come inside, you're in for a treat. Laminate covered tables, simple padded chairs and a front glass wall like you would expect in a strip mall. I have traveled extensively in the far east and am very familiar with a variety of Asian cuisines but let me tell you, I have never found a place like this that was so capable of melding so many geographical food influences together under one roof, so unassumingly, so well and at such reasonable prices. When I stopped by with a friend for a late weekday lunch, I just had to try a dish named "Bi-Bim-Bob~Sashimi" that I had heard about, if the other restaurants find out about this one it should sweep the nation as a new fad dish, they start our with a bed of steamed rice then pile romaine lettuce over it and add fresh vegetables (some pickled) and tuna sashimi and jalapenos served up in a BIG bowl served with a set of chopsticks and a long spoon that looked like it came out of a sundae shop! Mmmmm!!!!! It came from the kitchen looking so pretty but our server informed me that I was to add my preferred amount of "Rooster" hot sauce over the dish and stir it all together and then eat it with the spoon, actually kinda' fun when I got into it! Everything was fresh and it was delicious! At first I was concerned that it was to large to finish but all the fresh vegetables kept this dish from being too filling which was nice because I also ordered a couple of sushi rolls as a side to see if they were up to my finicky standards - they most certainly were! The raw fish here is very fresh and the sushi rice was spot on. My friend, not nearly as adventurous as myself, ordered a large plate of stir fried seafood with noodles. There was so much food on her plate she ended up with leftovers to take home and proclaimed it was the best stir fry she had ever tasted! We ordered green tea, and the house specialty, pomegranate lemonade and both were served to perfection. The young man that waited on us was most knowledgeable of the menu and engaged us in pleasant conversation as we took in large varied selection of dishes that they offer here, never once making us feel hurried and very informative when we had questions. This place is top notch, my only worry is the next time I stop in there won't be a place to sit if the word gets out. Either that or these guys are going to go upscale and open a bigger restaurant, and with that certainly bigger prices. "Well Being In The Box" is a pretty well kept secret that I highly recommend to anyone that likes fresh quality food served with a creative flair, at very reasonable prices. (FIVE STARS) ~Neal

I love to eat Kalbi, it is good but the portions are small and the rice is a bit fragrant, which I don't really like. The place was very clean and they were very pleasant.
