In Vegas you are always going somewhere and Claires is the perfect place to buy inexpensive accessory items to dress up your outfit. They have earrings, necklaces, hair stuff and other random items.

This store is so much fun to shop at if you're looking for inexpensive jewelry or accessories. I believe it caters more to younger people and "tweens", but I have just as much fun shopping in that store as they do.
