I have had Gelato and Sorbetto at the Trevi several times. It used to be very good, but the quality has fallen off with regard to the intensity of flavor in these classic Italian desserts, and for the price, it is not worth it anymore. There is another place to get gelato and sorbetto in the Forum Shops in which Trevi is located. I do not recall the name of this other place, but it is a food stall in the middle of walkway of shops leading from the Caesar's Casino into the forum shops, before you get to the big fountain where Trevi is located. I tried the Mango Sorbetto at this new stall, and it was bay far more intense with flavor. So avoid Trevi and seek this new seller of Italian treat in Forum Shoppes. I need go back and find the name.

Lunch at Trevi was good. The caprese salad was fantastic, they roasted the tomatoes and they were heavenly (I don't usally like cooked tomatoes.) My entree was good but I will probably try something different if I go again.

We had lunch here, and everything was delicious! You can sit "outside" by the Trevi fountain (which is really inside with the forum shops) or you can sit inside the restaurant. We sat outside and completely enjoyed it! The food was great, particularly the caprese, which was wonderful with the pesto, pine nuts, fresh mozzarella and grilled tomatoes.

We had lunch at the Trevi in the Caesar's Forum Shops area. The seating is in a patio area within the Forum. We had a large group that they easily accommodated and allowed us to linger and talk after the lunch. Everyone enjoyed the Italian food.

The food is great here, assuming you actually get it. In our party of 5, when the entrees were served, was told, "oh, we ran out of Marsala." No one ever told us that before, and as a result, we had a terrible dinner. This was after over an hour of waiting for the food in the first place. Also, don't sit by the fountain if you like talking to people at your table.

Pros: Food, Presentation

Cons: Service

while the location of this restaurant is really nice-in the middle of the forum mall at Caesar's, the food is really sub-par at best. the calamari isn't bad, but nothing amazing, and the seafood pasta is completely bland, if it's not undercooked as well. try a different italian place, you may pay more, but the food will at least be more palatable. by the way, the fountain you'll be sitting next to, will also drown out your voice when you're trying to speak to someone. but on a good note, the espresso and tiramisu are good.

The location is great -- smack dab in the middle of the Forum shops. However, the huge fountain makes it difficult to hear yourself think, much less talk to others at the table. I ordered the seafood pasta, a recommended dish, but it was not up to par. The pasta was way undercooked (and I like my pasta truly al dente), the sauce tasted like it was watered down and from a jar, and the seafood had NO flavor -- probably frozen, warmed over, and dumped on top. The calamari was good, but that was it. This place is completely overrated.

Pros: location, service, fried calamari

Cons: , overpriced, quality

I had a very nice dining experience at Bertolini's, at first we asked for a non-smoking table but since outside sitting was for smoking, the hostess seated us right by the fountain with many non-smoking tables around us. It's a little loud by the fountain but the ambience was truly wonderful. Above-average Italian food and the service was definitely pleasing, probably one of the best chain restuarants I've been to.

This place looks great from outside but terrible from inside. The inferior food, unfriendly service, and ridiculous price are all found in this place. We order one pizza and one recommended pasta but can't finish them because of bad taste. A family sitting in a table beside us order six entries for every member. I promise! NO ONE eat half of their entry. The mom of that famly is very mad, and then the waitor treats them coffee... Anyway, although most of restaurants in Strip are bad, this one is even worse. Try another one. BTW, this place is a real lousy place.
