I cannot put into words (but I'll try) to describe the incredible service this shop performs. I have brought my older BMW to him several times (for different reasons) and every time I have been impressed with not only the comprehensive inspections but the quick and efficient repairs. Anyone familiar with thee costs of repairing a quality German car knows that it is not cheap, but this shop has never made me feel like I was "ripped off". Often-times, I have told him, "do whatever needs fixing/adjusting/replacing but keep it under $1,500." Come on, people, I just gave a car mechanic authorization for up to $1,500 and when I get the car back, he only billed me $400 and said, "Everything else looked good!" I have to say, nothing he has worked on has ever needed to be brought back a second time.
If you are looking for high quality work at a fair price by a mechanic who treats you with true respect and honesty... THIS is the place to go!

Pull in and you see a bunch of brand new Mercedes and older classic models. Seems those with classics like his work and those with brand new Mercedes do not trust the dealer!. (I don't either!)

I have a 1998 Mercedes. I can not tell you the number of times I have taken it to Mercedes dealers (Ohio, Florida, California) and had to bring it back 2-3 times to get a problem fixed. That does not happen here.

I had an sudden clicking from the engine one day, I spun into the shop unexpectedly, got taken in and had my car fixed in two days. Seems a bearing in a pulley on the serpentine belt was going bad. Had I kept driving I could have ended up with thousands of dollars of damage. All I needed was a new $250 pulley.

Bring your car here and it gets fixed the first time around. You do not have the issue of first having to replace parts one at a time until finally the problem is fixed.

If you get told you need something done, do it. If you get told a problem can wait until your next oil change, believe it.

If you need a ride home, that can be arranged too. You may have to ride in a G-wagon to do it!

The only negative was recently resolved, they took over the auto shop next door so there are now 8 bays for work instead of just four.

Pros: Fast, reliable, knowledgeable

Cons: Parking lot has limited space.
