Japanese Car Service

I had a brake job done on my Toyota pickup. I was given an estimate and when I returned a few hours later the job was finished and I was given a bill that was LESS than the estimate because the cost of the rotors was estimated too high. I was amazed by their honesty. Most shops in Las Vegas will gouge you and would never charge you less than their estimate! I would never go anywhere else!!!

I've been to Japanese Car Service two times. The previous owner of my car HIGHLY suggested them, and I know why - their work is flawless, and they are the most professional maintenance/repair shop I've ever been to. The small (but growing) business has relocated, though - they are at 5350 Spring Mountain (as of 4/20/07). As long as I own a japanese car, I will take it to be serviced here and nowhere else. Japanese Car Service is the best auto shop I have ever been to, hands down. I feel very fortunate to have done business with them, and I think I'm going to buy them some Krispy Kremes for treating me so well.

I recently got caught in a bind with another extremely lower class auto repair shop. I had heard of these guys from around town and had no choice but to take my car to them. Low and behold they were the most professional, clean, curtious, and reasonable auto repair shop I have ever seen. If you drive a Japanese car look no further for your auto service. A true leader in Las Vegas. I hope they know how truely appreciative I am of their work.

PROS: Literally the best at what they do.
CONS: Zero

They're a whole lot cheaper than going to the dealer and that's always a good thing! The guy checked my engine light and was able to fix in a timely manner! He showed me exactly what was wrong and even showed me the old part, not that I really cared to see it. He seems very honest with what he does. It's a little hard to understand them since they have a strong accent, but well worth the service! I will definitely go to them if I have any other problems with my Toyota.

Small independently owned business. Office is unorganized and their English is questionable BUT the service is great.
They will do no more or no less than what you are there for in a timely manner. I have been using them for the last 3 years and never had any complaints.
Definetly recommend to anyone who is looking for a honest mechanic who is not out to get more money.

The people at the Japanese Car Service has never let me down! Whenever I come in, whether it is for an oil change or a new motor, the staff always treats me as if my service is the most important. They have never forced useless items on me like the major chain stores do. (ie... new air filter or new windshield wipers EVERYTIME I get an oil change.) Also, no matter what the task is, they always have my car finished in a timely matter.

PROS: Honest Businessmen
CONS: Small operation, therefore parts are not always in stock.
