Purrfect Auto in Henderson on Horizon Dr. does a Purrfect Rip-Off on its customers..These places have a BAD history a mile long.My husband and I are victims of their bad business. They stole from us,ripped us off,and broke things on our vehicle and did not pay for what they broke.Instead they made us pay for their mistakes THEY made on our vehicle...I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...They are the biggest bunch of crooks I've ever met and I will NOT EVER give them any of my business..They should be shut down for the things they do to people..

I have a very good friend who is an auto mechanic and also works in the pit for NASCAR, who recently did a full inspection of my car and told me nothing was wrong with it. That was great news, so I needed to have a smog check to renew my registration which they dont do at their shop, so I went to Purrfect Auto because they had advertised a good deal for a smog check. I went in and they quoted me around $1000 worth of repairs my car needed. I laughed at them and told them they were ripping me off and drove away. Look up any review on the internet about them, everyone who has been there has been ripped off! Beware of Purrfect Auto and if you go there regularly, I'm sorry!

I took my 2003 Pontiac Grand Am to their location on Horizon Drive because my engine coolant was leaking. I knew from past experience EXACTLY what was wrong and how much it should cost to fix it. After it took them 2 hours to examine my car they showed me exactly what I already knew and then gave my a quote of $1100.00 to fix a $400.00 problem. I told the man that it was too much and I would rather buy a new car then to sink a grand into an old car. I told him this in an effort to let him know that he should meet me half way with the price or I wouldn't get the fix but all he said was "why would you want a new car payment". So later that week I bought a bran new Audi and the $1100 helped with the down-payment. It says a lot about a business that they would rather take you for money than have your business at all.

I brought my car in for a maintenance check. They recommended a brake job. I went along with the suggestion even though I was not experiencing any squeaking or grinding or any issues with the brakes. After the brake job, I experienced squeaking and grinding. I took my car back twice. The work was under warranty for 6 months. The first time they tried resurfacing the rotor however it did not do the trick. The second time I was given an excuse as to why they can no longer honor the warranty. I was told that they are under new management and they would never have done things the way the old management did. Although I understand that the new people did not do the poor job, Purrfect Auto Service as a facility took no responsibility and has therefore lost my loyalty. I felt the excuse was very unprofessional and no attempt was made to even meet me half way. I left with squeaking, grinding brakes, never to return.
PROS: several locations, convenience.
CONS: Wiggling out of warranty responsibilities

My friend brought her car here because it was the closest shop to our work. Big mistake! Her husband is a former mechanic but his new job does not leave him time to work on the car. He told her to tell them exactly what was wrong and needed fixing. There were some minor parts to replace and an oild change. When she went to pick up the car it suddenly had a new problem. The engine sounded terrible and the whole car shook. They told her that she needed a new transmission and that they could do the repair. They said they could not let her leave with her car like that. She told them where to go and brought her car home. Upon inspection her husband discovered that the car had been drained of most of the oil and several mounting clips had been mysteriously broken off. These guys are a bunch of crooks.
PROS: None.
CONS: Break your car, dishonest, liars.

The provided service as promised. The price was what was quoted. They broke a car part while working on the car and replaced it. They charged me for the labor but did not charge for the part. There was a very small waiting area. It was not clean. They take Visa Check cards but do not take personal checks.
PROS: Completed repair in a reasonable amount of time.
CONS: Broke a part while trying to repair car. Store location in decline

Our car failed a smog check and we brought it to this place. We had a printout from our smog check that stated what needs to be fixed. They had our car out back so we couldn't see what was done, but instead of using the printout they recommended doing a cleansing check. They then came out and basically read what was on smog check paper that we brought in. They had no printout of their own. So we don't know if they actually did anything at all. They then charged us $85 and would deduct it from our bill if we had them fix it, which would cost over $600. The receptionist that was working there doesn't have a clue of what's going on.
