I needed a diamond replaced in a pavee diamond band. They told me it would take 10 days becaust the manager had to personally match the stones. When I called two weeks later. They hadn't found a stone yet. One week later I called to inquire about it and it was just being finished. When I picked up the ring I was horrified!!! Not only did they charge a fortune for a 5 point diamons and the repair. IT DIDN'T MATCH in SIZE or COLOR of the other stones. You can look at this diamond band and spot immediately the horrible replacement that they put in. As an added feature they were incredibily RUDE!!

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN LAS VEGAS FOR OVER 20 YRS. THEY HAVE A VERY EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGABLE SALES STAFF. WHEN THEY PUT ITEMS ON SALE MAKE SURE YOU VISIT THERE.

I had my wedding ring made here and was told that it would take 5 days before it would be ready because it was custom. After waiting 7 days for a call and hearing nothing I finally called and was told that they were getting a new jewler and it would take another 5 days. After waiting again and hearing nothing I called and was now told that they now couldn't do what they had told me they could in the first place. On top of that the ring was paid in full to start with because it was custom so i had to go back there for my refund after waiting for close to 3 weeks for nothing and on top of everything i got not ONE apology but lots of rudeness! I would never go here again. There name means nothing anymore to me.
